This is such a refreshing tour! Greenwich Village is like no other place I have been. Such a quaint place just outside the mayhem of Midtown Manhattan! The food was wonderful, but the history and tour were just as good. Our guide was very sweet and knowledgeable. We even had some locals on our tour that seemed to really enjoy themselves. The only drawback, was that the Greenwich Village locals didn't seem all that enthused about having tourists wandering their neighborhoods. But, don't let it bother you! You will never see them again anyway. I highly recommend this tour!!

We had no idea what to expect. It was such a learning experience from types of foods to the rich history of the Village. When my daughter visits from New Zealand, she wants to do the tour based on my enthusiastic review to her!

This is my second NY food tour and it was wonderful just like the first. Our guide was Kurt/Kirk? and he was informative, charming and entertaining. I highly recommend him because of his quirky humor and great memory. I was full to the brim with rich, tasty foods when we finished. I will definitely try another tour.

My friend and I had taken one of the food tours on our last visit to the City and we were so delighted with the experience that we signed up for the Village SOHO tour this year. We were more than delighted by our current tour. Our guide, Raheem, was wonderful. He was very familiar with the area, the food, the history, the architecture, and the culture of the Village and SOHO. The food was fabulous, but what we most love about these tours, is that it gives us an introduction to the neighborhoods and the unique eateries. We returned to the Village that same night and had a wonderful dinner at one of the featured restaurants. We make a list of all the places we will visit on our next trip to the City. The tours have become a "must do" for all of our yearly visits. A special highlight of this tour was having a slice of the most amazingly delicious cheesecake at BellaVitae(?). Raheem said that we were going to taste the best cheesecake in the world, and he was right!

All three people in my party totally enjoyed themselves on our tour of the West Village. One of us is a New Yorker, too, and even she learned about a host of new restaurants that she'd like to try. All of the 'stops' (tastings) on this tour were fantastic! The tour went smoothly, and it definitely helped that it was one of the most beautiful days I'm sure NYC has ever seen--PERFECT weather! We all learned so much of the history and the culture of one of the coolest, most quaint little sections of the City. Overall, I'd recommend the trip to every tourist and most New Yorkers, especially those who haven't ventured into the West Village before.

We had a wonderful time. Our tour leader, Kurt, was very knowledgable and entertaining. In my opinion he made the experience that much more enjoyable! We sampled many delicious foods while learning about each shop. I would definitely do the tour again!

The Chelsea Market food tour exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide was not only funny and personable, but he had a great knowledge of the businesses and the food industry in general. We had a terrific time sampling all of the goodies during our trip around this revitalized area of NYC. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially those interested in food!!

The Chelsea Market/Meat Packing Dist tour was great. The 3 hrs went by quickly & our tour guide (Daryl) was terrific. Food tasting kept us all satisfied and none of us felt like we needed lunch @ all. I'm not only recommending this tour to friends, I'd recommend it to anyone (excluding kids under 12). I plan on scheduling another visit soon so i can take advantage of the other tours offered through Zerve.

The Chelsea Market tour is definitely worth your time in NYC. It was a first class tour. The guide was so informative and entertaining. And, of course, the food tasted was excellent! When I'm in NYC again, I will definitiely take other tours the company offers.

My friends and I had a great time on this tour. Sephra was a great guide, she shared lots of interesting things about the village but also shared her love for people. I would definitely and actually have recommended this activity to other friends. Oh, I almost forgot to say the food was all incredibly good and we tried a variety of foods from several restaurants or specialty shops.

We had one of the most pleasant days we've ever spent in NYC. Our tour guide Sefra was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The food was fabulous, the tour so informative and the group dynamic lots of fun. We have told all our friends about our day and we plan to sign up for many more of the food and neighborhood tours.

More than just great tastings, this food tour is packed with great stories, food sampling and loads of New York history! This was the third food tour I have taken in New York City and one of the most interesting. Focusing on the ever interesting development of the meatpacking district, we started at the Food Network building....tasting our way to the streets of Chelsea and to the newly renovated High Line.....visiting Morimotos restaurant and strolling past restaurants owned by iconic chefs like Tom Collicio and Mario Batalli! Our guide was not only knowledgable and humorous but showed a real passion for the subject of food! and this historic location! She kept us laughing, hopping and eating for over 3 glorious hours! I WILL BE BACK!

Cindy was great. Can't say enough about her knowledge of the city and her personality. I hight recomment this tour.
