Well done. Informative, interesting tastes & good recommendations. Should be done on your 1st day in New York to take advantage of suggestions,. We went back to a restaurant, Le Gigot & found it everything promised by our guide Susan.

It was a fabulous way to see Greenwich Village not only in terms of fabulous gourmet food, but culture, architecture and history. Our guide (Cindy) was a true "New Yorker" which made the experience even better. We would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

It was a wonderful tour. We enjoyed every minute of the experience. So informative and just the right amount of people on the tour. Cindy was a great tour guide. She was warm, friendly and very informative. We received some great tips on where to eat for now and in the future. Our only disappointment was we tried to book for the tour at Chelsea Market but it was already sold out. We will be visiting again next spring so we will book in advance so we can be sure to catch the next tours. Thank you for a great experience.

This was a great tour - our guide (Mike) was fantastic. We received a good overview of the Village and great ideas on where to eat. In fact, after the tour, we ate in 2 of the restaurants, and went back to shop for Chocolates and pastries in two other places. We would highly recommend this, and will most likely try your other Taste Tour the next time we come to NYC.

This tour was wonderful! Even though it was cold and rainy, we had an excellent time! Our tour guide, Steve, was incredible both in his knowledge of the Village, and in the way he presented it. He made us forget about the weather and we had a fabulous time! The food was tremendous, and the extra historical info about the rise and existence of Greenwich Village was great. We made sure to make an extra trip to the Village a couple of days after the tour to more fully experience this amazing place. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for some good food, great company, and a little more personalized taste of New York!

Our tour guide, Michael, was very pleasant and he had a good sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable about Greenwich Village history. The tour is very interesting as are his insights into the culture and food of the neighborhood. I truly feel I received a tour most typical tourists would not receive. I have already recommended this activity to my co-workers. The food we sampled from the various restaurants and stores was very good as well.

Rebecca, our tour guide was fun, knowledgeable about the area and the food! The food was yummy and varied-we were stuffed after the tour, but so jazzed about what we tried and the ambiance of the area, we had to eat more! You get more than your money's worth.

I thought the tour was quite comprehensive and fun, but I did not think it was excellent or amazing. My two sisters went on the same food tour another time and thought it was really great, so maybe it was just the tour guide that didn't really deliver the information in an exciting way. The tastings were very good, especially Joe's pizza. I wish there were more, mainly because I expected not to need lunch afterwards, but I did. Nevertheless, the price of the tour is reasonable for the tour and the food, and overall, I would give the tour a 7.5 out of 10.

This tour was the best money I've ever spent for an activity in NYC. Our guide was experienced and totally well informed, interesting and friendly, conversational, etc. The details of the history of the area was fascinating and so much more alive than reading about it ina book.The scoop on the restuarants was the real inside view and the tastings were great, I was more than satisfied with the food, felt like a party with lots of good noshes around!! Lots of good shops and places I will definitely return to!

I would highly recommend this tour. The guide (Jenni) was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the village and its restaurants. She knew about all kinds of foods but also gave us very interesting insights into some of the buildings. My only reservation would be the order in which the food is taken. It might be more palatable to somehow make it starters/entrees/desserts. Although the first pastry was called 'breakfast', I would have preferred to have had something like this taster nearer the end. However, that is a small quibble and everything else about the tour, for me, was just about perfect.
