| As an ex-New Yorker, I can be somewhat jaded about tours since I don't consider myself a "tourist" even though I no longer live in the area. I had always wanted to tour the Chelsea Market and Meatpacking District but had never gotten around to doing it. The Foods of NY tour fit my schedule and my wallet nicely so I decided to give it a try. What a wonderful decision! The guide was full of information, enthusiasm and helpful hints. I loved every minute -and every bite- of it!! I highly recommend this tour for anyone- visitor and resident alike. | ||||||

| We booked our tour from the UK and so were obviously a bit uneasy as we hoped when we arrived, everything would be okay! When we arrived, the tour guide Marie was expecting us, she was very friendly, easy going and fun. We were in a group of around 12. It was a hot day and Marie paid a great deal of attention to ensure we kept out of the sun as much as possible and she gave out a bottle of water to each of us at the beginning. The tour itself was very interesting and informative. We ate at about 8 different places and the food was excellent, as was the information that went with it! At every location, the food was ready for us and there was no waiting around. The tour lasted 3 hours and although we we tired from all the walking, it's at a nice easy pace and very very worth it. | ||||||

| My friend and I love the walking tours of NYC> We live out on Long Island and use to go to the city and just walk around aimlessly. Although fun, it is sometimes nice to get an education along the way. Marie , our tour guide was entusiastic , energetic, proffesional and sweet, despite the 95 degree humid day. I reccomend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the west village and likes to try out new and affordable resturaunts. The variety of food tasting was impressive. My favorite were the artichokes served in a little paper cone from Casa. Despite the hot day, we had a great time thanks to Marie and a great bunch of very nice tourists from all over the country. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was Heather who is an aspiring actor. It was an extremely hot day and she had unlimited energy and took great pains to keep us in the shade. This was not only a food tour but a lot of additional information was included. There was time to shop ina few of the stores and a handout of where we had been so we could go back. The portions of the food was generous at all the locations and even my two college age boys enjoyed it. Next time I bring my girlfriends to New York I will take the tour again. | ||||||

| Even though it was a very warm day (95 plus) my husband and I enjoyed the tour very much and will pass your information on to family and friends. Our guide was great with knowledge of the area and could answer any question asked. The places chosen for food samples were excellant and delicious. We will be going on some of your other tours. | ||||||

| Kurtis, our tour guide, was informative and highly enthusiastic. Our guess is that he is an actor currently out of work. We learned a lot about the village; where to eat, shop and listen to jazz or even see an off off broadway show along with some historical hot spots. We we're all amazed at the amount of food offered. Fresh, delicous and quite a variety. Although it was three hours there isn't as much walking as you think due to stops along the way. We were a group of seven that thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and would do it again. | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Sephrah, was wonderful! She was very informative on the history of the Greenwich area and provided us with detailed information on the absolutely scrumptious samplings of food. Even though it was in the 90’s and very humid I didn’t want to miss any part of the tour. Thank you, Sephrah. This tour was the best event of our vacation! | ||||||

| I have traveled the world and always take some walking tours wherever we go. The Idea of learning about the area and history of Greenwich,plus sampling special foods prepared there was unique. There were 4 of us on the tour. Myself and 3 grandaughters. Everyone enjoyed the tour and left with new interesting knowlege. Plus the guide was fun and interesting. The girls ages ranged from 13 to 21. I highly recommend this tour. Cathy from California | ||||||

| Our tour guide Barri was very enthusiastic and well prepared. The food was amazing and totally filled us up. It was great to get a history of the area as well as taste the different variety of foods. The tour wasn't too long or too short. It was perfect. I was very impressed with Barri's attention to detail and making us feel comfortable as well as making sure not to affect the local people on their daily routine. I highly recommend this tour. | ||||||

| I thought the guide was good. I was disappointed in the choice of restaurants...how much pizza can you eat! For the money you need to mix it up more. This tour was recommended to us by someone that had gone some time ago. Maybe you've needed to cut corners since then. I would not recommend this tour to anyone that really wants to explore restaurants in Greenwich Village...sorry! | ||||||

| Really enjoyed the walking tour, my boyfriend and I are local, and my parents were visiting for the weekend. Great food in memorable locations. My only preference would be to learn more about the neighborhood/history/personalities so more educational. That said, I understand a walking food tour, and it was very good. Our guide, Sephra (sp?) was fabulous and very knowledgeable. | ||||||

| There were 3 of us on this holiday, and all of us would recommend this tour as a must to any one visiting New York, enjoyed all the food samples and thought the tour guild was absolutely brilliant. | ||||||
