Foods of New York Tours

Freezing cold day yet we enjoyed every minute of the tour! We were able to see parts of Greenwich which we savored literally and figuratively. Our daughter enjoyed herself too. It was a highlight on our trip!

Hello, yes we did have a tour booked, we showed up, but had to leave the tour after a few minutes. The reason we had to leave was that our daugther was very sick, and it was to cold for her. We were wondering if we could get a refund of the our payment? Thank you, Annabelle Morgan

Knowledgeable and very friendly guide. More outdoor selections from the meatpacking district and fewer from inside Chelsea Market would have been appreciated, especially since the Chelsea Market portion of the tour seemed to consiste of cheerleading for the Market's founder. In general, the celebration of gentrification in both the market and the meatpacking district seemed unreflective. That having been said, we enjoyed the tour very much.

Possibly too much time spent on all the restaurants opening times & specials (we were leaving the next day so this info wasn't much use). But we loved the stories about the area, architecture & history and our guide was friendly and funny. A very pleasant way to spend 3 hours and the food was great!

We had a great time and thought Andre was fabulous. We loved his sense of humor and his insight. The seven tastings were all great too! We recommended it to our friends that live in the city...They plan to attend shortly too!

I thought that this was the best thing that we did while in NYC. I am not a very touristy person and loved to get to know some of the local culture and try foods that are delicious along the way. The size of the group was perfect and the sights much better than the "normal" attractions.

A very enjoyable few hours - food acts as a very good punctuation to any area tour, and the guide was charming, very friendly and well informed. Would recommend it to anyone!

I have already recommended this activity to friends as a great activity, particularly if they have family visiting. Great way to spend some time out of the house, and learn more about NY and great food.

I took the Greenwich Village food tour three years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our group was planning a day in the city and we were looking for something else to do in addition to taking in a Broadway show. I recommended this and we all enjoyed it. I enjoyed this tour as much, if not more, than the Greenwich tour. Our guide was extremely informative and knowledgable as well as funny. The food was delicious and there was more than enough to fill you up. It might be helpful to know ahead of time that the first two hours of this particular tour takes place inside, and only the last hour is outside. I highly recommend both of the food tours. It's a great way to spend three hours in the city and well worth the money.

Wonderful tour for tourists and locals alike! Kurt was very knowledgeable about the area and funny as well! The food samples were abundant to say the least. Would highly recommend this tour to all! Happy Holidays to All!

I was travelling with a friend from Chicago. I visit New York on a regular visit but most of the time I do not get a chance to see the neighborhoods. I loved this tour. The tour guide was excellent, provide great tidbits on the neighborhood. I loved the different spots we made on the tour. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a three hour tour and it went by so quickly. My friend and I also ended up spending more time in Greenwich based on what we experienced/learned during the tour.

We were recommended to take the tour by our daughter, who had been there during the Summer. It was absuloutely fantastic, we can't recommend it highly enough. Michael is so enthusiastic about the area and brought the whole place to life for us. When you're a stranger it's sometimes a bit intimidating to venture into unknown places, but after Michael's highly entertaining and informative tour we felt happy to explore on our own and next time we're in New York, we'll definately visit again. We also met Cindy en route, which was a bonus. Thanks for a great time.

We are always looking for something new and exciting to do as a group for our outing. This was the perfect event. it allowed us to be social with one another, while eating great food and learning a little about a part of New York that we were unfamiliar with

Have already recommended your walks to a friend travelling to New York next year. Did the Greenwich village walk a couple of years ago. Both guides were friendly and informative, loved the food as well. We hope that another tasting tour will be added for our next trip to New York.

Highly recommended! Although the day was bitterly cold, Todd gave a great tour! With a small group of 6, we were able to pop into many of the places that we visited. This gave us a quick chance to warm up...and see the inside of some wonderful restaurants we would never have otherwise chosen to visit on our own. We went back to several places on the tour and will definitely visit more of them on our next trip!
