The Greenwich Village Food Tasting and Cultural Tour was FANTASTIC. We'd heard that there wouldn't be much food and were pleasantly surprised to be fed like kings and queens. The food was excellent and plentiful and the history shared was captivating. Next time I'm in NYC, I'll go back to Greenwich Village and revisit some of the spots! |

This was the perfect opportunity to get out and see a part of New York that is truly unique. The food was delicious and the tour itself was amazing seeing all the little secrets that Greenwich Village holds. Our guide was very enthusiastic and really made the tour great. Did I mention the food was amazing?? I would recommend any of the food tours to anyone visiting the New York area. |

This exceeded expectations all the way! Food was spectacular paired with beer and sakes chosen by our guide Rahim! We loved the slowed pace of the meal with the informative guide to ensure you have time to taste and savor each item in front of you. I would love to eat all of my meals this way! As on my other tour (Chinatown- also excellent) Rahim is a wealth of information and conveys it in a relaxed, witty manner. He is just fabulous! Thanks again for a great evening! |

In addition to tasting the best local foods, the tour guide also gave information on the neighbourhood, its interesting buildings and people who lived there. We visited about 15 restaurants and sampled food from 8 restaurants, which made a fully heavy meal. Highly recommended ! |

Our guide was amazing. You could tell that he honestly enjoyed what he was doing and also enjoyed the places that he toured with us. We actually returned for dinner at one of the restaurants (Monte's) and stopped by a club (Cafe Wha?) for drinks and entertainment. I would highly reccommend this tour. |

we were a group of 3 college friends meeting in NYC from 3 different states. all women, all 49. this was an outstanding activity! we left thinking we were undercharged :) Raheem could not have done a better job. Very knowledgeable about the area also very enthusiastic about the area. you can tell he loves his job. if we meet in NYC again, would without a doubt pick another tour to take. if this was available in another city, i would purchase tickets. Raheem also tried to keep us out of the way of the locals so we did not get in their way (as best as he could) and did this in a pleasant way. we did still however seem to anger a few locals who made snide comments to the group. really don't think anything could be done to avoid this. |

I would like to thank Barrie, hope i spelt her name correctly, with a great tour.
I have been to new york numerous times over the last few years., and haven,t spent a lot of time in greenwich village. I was back in greenwich on sunday after our tour on saturday enjoying one of the many fine dining establishments.
It was such a cool tour, going to places one would never get to visit or know about without going on such a tour.
I would highly recommend this tour, and in fact, will be going on the meat packing district tour next time if its not sold out.
thank you again, david gans

I travel to NY frequently and sometimes have to stay over the weekend due to the weather. This tour was a delight and great use of time! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had lots of historical additions as well as a few pictures. She knew all the owners of every place we went and they all appeared glad to see her. Until the tour, I didn't realize the connection the building had with the Food Network. |

This is my 2nd time on the tour and it was fantastic. Darryl made sure it wasn't a complete repeat for me. The tastings were more then sufficient. I love the Food of NY tours....one night we ate at Monte's which we visited on another Food of NY tour and we were totally happy with it! |

We had only been in the city for a couple of days, we new that New York was known for some fantastic eateries and we wanted to experience them.
We checked a number of reviews on the Trip Advisor, Zerve had excellent reviews.
After much deliberation we decided on the Central Village / SoHo food tour, it was everything we expected and more.
Not only were we informed of great food and get to taste the local produce, we were also informed of the history of the local area.
The following day we ventured back to Central Village area and had dinner at the Italian Restaurant on the tour, because the food sampled was so good.
This is an amazing food tour and would recommend international and domestic visitors who love food to seriously consider the Central Village / SoHo tour.
Thanks for an amazing time.

Our guide, Raheem, was so enthusiastic about the area, and told us some really interesting/funny/quirky things about the area you would never have got from a guide book. I loved seeing this side of life in NY city.
The food was also great, fab choice of different cultures and ethnicities all mixed into one area made for a really great tour. The venues were all hospitable too, even though they must have the same tour every day. Great value for all that food!
I have told all of my friends about this tour, and our guide, since returning home to London. We are even looking at similar tours in London as we dont know as much about the areas here as we now do about soho and the village!
I would heartily recommend this tour to anyone going to NYC and will look out for similar tours when I visit other cities as it has opened my eyes to the possibilities of food/info/laughs all rolled into one!
This was one of the higlights of our trip, even though we were walking in a foot of snow! The frostbite on my toes didnt put us off. Amazing!
Go on this tour, you will not regret it.

It was a fabulous tour with fabulous food and guide. The background of the neighborhood paired well with the delicious samples from the various merchants. This was our second tour, we also went on the Greenwich Village tour. We would recommend them both and would repeat either tour. |
