| This was a very interesting tour with excelent food. Kurt was a great guide, very informative. We loved hearing the history of various places we saw on the tour, and especially enjoyed the opportunity to test 2 different types of pizza. | ||||||

| Our guide, Michael, was excellent, very informative. The tour is a definite must for anyone interested in knowing more of the history of the village. The local food was authentic and amazing. Highly recommend. I can't wait for my next trip to the city to do another tour. | ||||||

| What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon if you've never been to Greenwich Village...Michael was very, very knowledgable of all of the history and current happenings in this area. I would hate to think that anyone could visit this area and leave without knowing this area the way I do now. A MUST SEE!!!! My girlfriends and I returned to a restaurant and a bar later in the evening and were VERY pleased with the everything. | ||||||

| I would highly recommend this tour to everyone! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the area. My daughters (20yr ,22yr) where so surprised of the knowledge and history our guide gave us. (They told everyone they saw about this tour.) If you want to learn about the area, food, and people of Greenwich, take this tour. The food was PLENTY and great! The walk and pace was fine. People would stop and listen to our guide or some had him last year would come up to him and thank him. The locals were wonderful to us. This tour made our trip!!! THANKS The only regret, we should have book this tour at the beginning of our time in New York, so we could have gone back to the area and enjoyed it all over again! | ||||||

| This is a tour that is well worth the money! Mike is a great guide! He not only took us to little charming restaurants that we otherwise would have passed over, he also knew everything about who owns them and what is his favorite on the menu! There were a few special unexpected places we otherwise would have never known about. It is a lovely afternoon. | ||||||

| We did this tour together with our 12 year old daughter. The weather was wonderful, the guide was knowledgable and the pace was perfect. The combination of information on food and restaurants together with the architecture and history of Greenwich was great. At some stages of the tour I felt there was a little too much promotion/advertising of restaurants but this did not overly detract from our enjoyment. I would definitely do one of these tours again.....it was one of the most relaxing experiences during our holiday in NY. | ||||||

| We were a group on a short trip - long weekend - and this tour provided the right balance of culture and indulgence. It was particularly good for the birthday girl - who had had a heavy night in the bar and needed the pizza to sober up!!! The speakeasy was a firm favourite! | ||||||

| This was the second time I took the same tour. The first time I was on my own in the city and I really enjoyed it. I'd never taken a tour before anywhere and wasn't sure what to expect. The small group and great tour guide (Amy this time) made the experience fun, interesting and easy. I brought my son on the same tour so he could get to know his way around Greenwich Village since he is interested in attending law school in the city. He thought the tour was great too. | ||||||

| I believe Cindy was our guide. She is a wealth of knowledge - not just about the restaurants we toured and tasted, but also about the area, the people, the architecture and the businesses. I really enjoyed the tour. All the samples more than made up a meal. I did return to do some light shopping and snacking later. I will recommend it to friends for sure. Probably the most unique part of the tour was the salt tasting. I never gave it much thought before. I myself would have prefered more chocolate to the salt, but it was still very informative. | ||||||

| What a wonderful way to discover and explore a well-heard-of neighbourhood! Our guide, Curt, was extremely pleasant and entertaining. The next time we visit New York, we will definitely stay in Greenwich and visit the addresses provided in the tour, as well as take the Meat Packers District Tour!! | A friend and I took another friend on this tour as a Birthday gift. We live in Greenwich Ct which is very close but it seems even though all three of us lived in the city at one time, we just don't get in enough. I heard about it from a co worker who took her mother for Mothers Day. It sounded different and fun so we thought we would give it a try. All three of us had a great day. My friend who was celebrating her birthday, husband has ALS, so she doesn't get out very often or when she does it isn't for very long. This was also appealing as we knew we would be back home by 4 - which we were. The food was all good, although a lot to eat in such a short time. The walking in between helped a lot. We had a super guide whose name was Curt. He was very informative and added a lot to the tour with his quick wit and sense of humor. Although all three of us had been to the Village many times, this tour showed us the neighborhood in a totally different light. We have already made plans to return and have a meal in one of the recommended restaurants. All of us would highly recommend this tour. Thanks again to Curt! | ||||||
