| Our group consisted of myself & my 3 adult daughters visiting NYC from 4 different states. This tour was recommended to me and one of my daughters. We all loved it even though it was raining. Our guide, Marie, was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. We especially liked " Joes's Pizza" and "Home". | ||||||

| Rahim, our host was amazing! He has so much information and knowledge about Japanese culture . He has visited Japan and weaves stories of his life, his education and food together so well, we were all captivated. The food at Ariyoshi was wonderful. I do not think we have ever had such wonderful sushi, nigri and Japanese tapas! I am glad we were a party of 4 because between everyone in the group we managed to remember a fair amount of what we learned. I would definitley recommend this tour. | ||||||

| The tour concept itself is great but our tour was hilarious and always enjoyable because our tour leader was so knowledgeable and excited to make it "historically hysterical" for everyone. The food places were amazing to taste and truly makes you want to go back and eat everything all over again. | ||||||

| This was so much more than a food tour! For me it was one of the highlights of our trip. We finished up with not only a lot of history of this interesting neighborhood, some great photos of buildings used in movies and TV shows, full bellies after some outrageously delicious food but also some great ideas of where to eat for future trips to NYC. | ||||||

| Food was very good and the tour provided some history as well. Barry, I believe was our guide's name, was very lively and a great guide. Maybe one more place to stop & sit and use facilities for a few minutes would be a good thing. Had only one stop like that during the three hour tour. | ||||||

| This tour was awesome! You get so much food for the amount you pay. You definately don't need lunch and probably not dinner. The tastings are much more substantial than a taste. Our tour guide Susan was outstanding. I could hear her over the hustle and bustle of New York. She knew so much about the area and history and did an incredible job. The restaurants we sampled were extremely diverse from Indian to Italian to Cuban it was a great mix. I brought my parents from upstate who got to try many different types of cuisines and really learn history of the area. Even being a New Yorker I can't wait to go back and try these restaurants over the next few months. I would highly recommend this to Local New Yorkers if you're looking to find nice little gems to eat and drink as well as people who aren't familiar with the city. I feel as a local New Yorker sometimes there are so many places to eat and drink and go out it becomes overwhelming to come up with new ideas. This was a great tour because now I have a new list of places and foods to try over the next couple of months!!! Thank you so much!!!! | ||||||

| We would definitely recommend the food tour. But, do not eat before you go. We got 9 samples including, pizza, cheese, rice balls, cookies, cannoli, etc. Our tour guide, Heather, was great and was very knowledgable about the Greenwich area. We will go back to Greenwich to support the local restaurants and businesses. It was a lovely area. | ||||||

| Our tour was AMAZING!!!! My husband and 11 year old daughter gave me this tour for my birthday and it may have been the best gift ever! All three of us loved the food and Heather, our guide, was wonderful. She provided so much great information about the food, history of the restaurants/food stores, history of the Village, realistic insight to living in NYC and more! Can't wait to go back to the places on the tour to buy more of the great food and we are going to book another Foods of NY tour within the month! Don't miss out on this great experience. | ||||||

| My husband, children and myself loved the Greenwich Village tour. Heather our tour guide was very friendly. She took the time to get to know everyone in our tour group. She was very knowledgeable about the food, restaurants, and history of the area. The food was delicious and on our next trip to NYC, we are definitely going to try the restaurants that were on the tour. I was also very impressed that when I booked the tour I stated that my daughter is a vegetarian and does not eat meat or fish, and while the group was tasting a meat dish in a cuban restaurant, Heather came over to my daughter with a vegetarian sample which she loved! We had a great time and will definitely book another tour. | ||||||

| I have lived in NYC for almost two years now but there is so much about the city I don't know. I had friends visiting me and decided to go on my second food tour (the other one was the awesome West Village tour). Raheem was such an excellant and knowledgable tour guide that I felt that I learned something more about NYC and discovered some great new places to try out. It's a fun and unique way to introduce some-one to NYC and give them an "insider" perspective that they won't get on an ordinary tour. I love the tours! | ||||||

| My wife and I enjoyed this tour every much. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the food we tasted was great and the portions at some of the tasting were more than we expected. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting NY city. My wife found this area of NY city to be great fun and we would return to on our next visit. This is an area you would not expect to visit but is as much fun or more fun to see than some of the better known site to visit. This is my second of three bookings through "Zerve" two thru the internet and now one over the telephone. The person over the phone was very friendly and helpful. | ||||||

| We enjoyed the tour of Greenwich Village. It was awesome. Kurt our tour guide was amazing. He gave us so much information if I would go back and do the tour again I would request him. In fact I have friends going this weekend and I am about to give them the info on the tour and will have them request Kurt if they can get a tour booked up. We were three mom's with three 18 year old daughters. Our daughters enjoyed the tour as much as we did. It was great!!! Keep up the good work!!! Sincerely, Justine Langlinais | ||||||
