| WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED EVERY ASPECT OF THE TOUR. THE SELECTED TOUR SITES AND HOSPITALITY WERE PERFECT. WE GOT A COMPLETE VIEW OF THE HISTORY, FOOD AND NEIGHBORHOODS WITHOUT TOO MUCH DETAIL TO BE OVERWHELMED. MARIE WAS FUN AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! | ||||||

| Cindy was out tour guide and she exhibited great enthusiasm in providing us the history of Chelsea Market, and the surrounding area. She is a wonderful tourguide and should be recognized by your management for displaying such great PR with your clients. I learned more from her during that 3 hours. You can tell she really has a passion for NYC history. | ||||||

| My husband and I have been coming to NYC for weekend visits for years. This was our first time doing this kind of activity, it was great. A great look into an interesting classic New York neighborhood. Our tour guide was pitch perfect. A true New Yorker, funny and knew her food. I look forward to going on another tour at some point. | ||||||

| Sephra (sp?) was our tour guide on this food tour and the concensus among our group was that she made the tour so fun and informative. Sephra knew the neighborhoods, the people, and the FOOD! Being a chef herself, she was able to explain the ingredients and reasons for why things were made the way they were. Upon our next trip to NYC, we hope to have Sephra be our guide again. We wished that the tour lasted all day because she made it so fun! Definitely the highlight of our trip! Rayne Sacramento, CA | ||||||

| This is our second tour with Foods of New York and it was as terrific as our first. Our guide, Rahim, was exceptional and the food was amazing. We discovered outstanding restaurants and specialty shops that we probably would never have known about otherwise. Even our 19 year old daughter had a great time! | ||||||

| I had lived in Manhattan when I was single and now am showing the city to my teenagers in weekend trips. We found this on the internet and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. I learned more about The Village than I ever knew or could have possible have passed on. Even though I was concerned about walking around in February, the time passed quickly, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and the samplings were wonderful. I would highly reccommend this and will probably do it again with my husband!!!! | ||||||

| We totally enjoyed our Greenwich Village Tasting tour--a highlight of our recent NYC mini-vaca! Barrie, our guide, was excellent. I just wish we had done the tour earlier in our stay--definitely would have returned to have dinner in any one of several restaurants that were described. | ||||||

| Had a great time on the tour. Barri, our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, spending plenty of time explaining the history of the area, the merchants and the foods we encountered. (We were a little uncomfortable eating while she didn't get to eat along with us though.) Especially appreciated on the tour was her thoughtful information on the history of this neighborhood; how it has changed and how valuable it is the way it has been kept. So many good bargains to be had! Would've liked a little interaction with the purveyors. | ||||||

| my daughter and I took this tour as a way to see this part of the city. It was very informative and enjoyable. we had a great group of people from everywhere and Cindy was a fantastic guide. we learned a lot about the history of the area as well as the Chelsea Market itself. The food was wonderful as well. Great chance to try old favorites as well as new things. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and all the interesting historical, cultural and architectural information that we learned from our very knowledgeable and personable guide Cindy. 3 hours passed very quickly--the food was delicious, we loved learning the provenance of all of it and the architectural landmarks of the area were ones we didn't know about at all. We took the Greenwich Village tour a couple of years ago, and would highly recommend both tours. | ||||||

| My daughter and son live in Brooklyn. I was visiting from Minnesota and have been on one of the other Food and Culture tours so wanted to take my daughter on another since she had the day off work. This one was excellent!!!! The food picks were exceptional - we went back to one of them for dinner with the 3 more people 2 days later! We also returned to 2 more of the vendors to purchase foods as a result of the tour. The history of the central village was a huge draw for us as well. Raheem (sorry if I murdered the spelling!!!) was excellent - his knowledge and passion for the area were infectious and made for a tour that went way too fast! Thanks! I've been on many Zerve tours and look forward to returning again. | ||||||

| My wife and I visit NYC frequently, but had not spent much time in this section of the Village. Our guide Sephrah, was very personable and informative and her familiarity with the shop and restaurant owners made us feel welcome. I would recommend this trip to even native New Yorkers. | ||||||

| This is without doubt one of the best tours we have taken in any city. Sephra, our tour guide, was informative and inclusive of all members of the group. Her insights and knowledge of the area and chefs gave us an insiders view of many of the restaurants and shops. The various proprietors were welcoming even as they were dealing with other paying customers to their establishments. The tour, three hours long, zipped by and ended much to soon. We would definitely do this tour or another similar one in NYC again. We highly recommend this tour for adults of all ages. | ||||||

| Everything was great. The food was fantastic. The tour guide was fantastic and definitly knew what she was talking about. i am a so-called "foodie" and know what good food is and let me tell you, this tour provides good food and a great insight on the history of Greenwich Village's finest eateries and other things you may not know about the Village even if you live in the area! | ||||||
