| I felt that our guide, Diane was fantastic. She really had an excellent grasp of NYC, the area and of the specific location. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that we would really be tasting more of the food from restaurants in the area, when actually, we tasted from a few of the retailers in the market. The tastes included: a cookie, chocolate milk, soup, jam and at the very last tasting, pasta. Inside, Chelsea Market, the information and tour were nice, but once we left the market, we went on a tour inside a few high-end restaurants where both my date and I felt extremely uncomfortable. We were only allowed to walk through these places and stop and hear about the food, the cost of the food, how difficult it was to get a reservation etc; all the while, diners were eating. Staff at each location, were less than welcoming to see the tour coming...YIKES! It felt awkward at best. My suggestion would be to stick to Chelsea Market and if venturing outside the market be sure t o tour those restaurants that will let you sit and taste their food. | ||||||

| Gide was very knowledgeable about the SO Ho district and food. Every place we went to taste food the food was excellent, I especially enjoyed the cheesecake, the best I ever had. I would recommend this tour to anybody, | ||||||

| What a way to end our 7 day NY adventure...too bad we did not do this at the beginning in order to return to some of the venues. We are still talking about our experience! Our guide was enthusiastic, informative, and accommodating:) His expertise of the area was outstanding. We highly recommend this walking and tasting tour to anyone who enjoys history, culture and delicious food. Our only regret was we had time to attend only one of the many foods tours offered. | ||||||

| I would highly recommend the tour, especially if you are from out of town. We got a great tour of the village and some history behind it as well. The food all tasted great and we learned about other places in the area that had good food as well. | ||||||

| Our Central Village/ SoHo tour was way better than any food tour I have taken previously (other cities). Not only did we have comprehensive and generous tastings from a variety of excellent ethnic restaurants , we also got historical and architectural insights that enhanced our experience. Our guide was friendly, informative, energetic, and respectful. I heartily recommend this tour. | ||||||

| We loved this tour and would highly recommend it. Raheim(sp?) was informative, enthusiastic and funny. The food was incredible and we wish we could have gone back to some of the restaurants for a full meal. We will have to plan another trip. The portions were also generous. Much better than the ones for the Greenwich Village tour. I was still hungry after that one. So if go to NYC, definitely go on this tour. | ||||||

| I found that tour to be one of the best things I ever did in New York city. I plan on booking another tour with my boyfriend within the next 2 months. The food was fantastic and the historical info was fascinating. This tour was well worth the time and money. | ||||||

| The extremely knowledgeable guide was entertaining and made the tour that much more interesting. Providing insights, history, and current events for each location visited made each tour stop memorable. And, the sampling and background on and of the various establishments was a sure-fire way for return visits, much to the advantage of each of the shops and restaurants. It sure worked for us that way. Highly recommended and we will try other tours on our next trip to the Big Apple. | ||||||

| This is was very fun tour! Dave our tour director was easy going, prepared, informative and organized. The food destinations were diverse and interesting. The only constructive thing I would say is that it was a bit long. For us, it would have been better to have it 2 or 2.5 hours instead of 3. I would highly recommend this to anyone and plan to take the SoHo food tour the next time we are in town. | ||||||
