Can't say enough positive things about our food tour - our guide Susan was fantastic, food was delicious, the historical information made the tour more relevant and it was lots of fun too! I will definitely come back to New York and do the other tours. I've already recommended this to several of my friends. |

We read about this and as we were planning a trip to NY, thought it would be a great time to experience the food on foot tour. We love food, we love the city and we love learning about new places to go....we were not disappointed and in fact it was above expectations. We had a good group of people and really began having even more fun as the tour went on. Susan, our tour guide was AMAZING!! She made us all feel so comfortable, she made sure we were all taken care of, she taught us history and showed us some little side shops along the way that were not on the tasting tour, but great little shops to know about and try later..which some of us did. From Italian to Indian to Cuban to cheese and desserts a couple of signature beverages. It was wonderful. Susan was also very conscience and considerate of the locals. Anytime we needed to stop on the street for her to tell us some history or about a restaurant or shop, she had us move out of the middle of the street so they did not have to go over or around us which I'm sure the locals really appreciated. You could tell how much she enjoyed what she was doing and how much she knew about the food and history of the Village. We both learned so much about the Village, Washington Park, NYC, on and on. We can't wait to try another one when we are in town next. It took about 3 1/2 hours, but it seemed to have gone by much faster. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!! We are telling everybody to do this! |

When we take your food tours we get to sample the best of foods and see and learn about the many small neighborhoods which other tourists never get to into. |

Annie was very knowledgable and made the community come to life with history tidbits, information on noteworthy residents past and present, and sharing interesting architectural sites. The variety of restaurants was both unique and delicious. We enjoyed them all but our favorites were the pizza, Mexican and cup cakes! The rain did not deter us from the enjoyment of our walking tour. Annie goodbye song was a special finale. We highly recommend the tour and plan to try the Chelsea and other tours. You should do one in Brooklyn. |

We had a wonderful time with our guide. He was so informative and entertaining. All of the food stops were delicious. I had forgotten what great food tastes like since moving to NC 8 years ago! The walk outside in the former Meat Packing District was packed with information about the transformation of that area of the city. Would highly recommend this for the foodie (me) or anyone interested in doing something different while in NYC. |

This tour was a lot of fun. The host (Curt) was funny, engaging and knowledgable. We will take a different tour by this same company on a future visit to NYC. We left with full tummys and feeling the money was well spent. |
