What a great way to spend half a day on a trip to New York! Our guide, Cindy, was entertaining and knowledgable - not only did we learn about food and customs, we learned some history of the area of many interesting facts ... and the food tasting was great! No need to eat before or after, there was plenty to be had! Would highly recommend this activity for anyone coming to the city! |

Our fearless leader Susan was wonderful. She was knowledgable about the neighborhood and all of its nooks and cranny's. As for food- the mortadela sandwhich was to die for, the indian food (some kind of egg wrap) was super delicious- took me b y surprise. the falafa was mediocre (could be me), The Cuban food was good but it was hotter than hades in there. The yoghurt drink we had was fine but unnecessary, the chocolate and pear tart was to die for and the bolongese at Monty was so-so. It is definately worth $49.00 it gives you a nice lay of the land. Until I got to the tour, I didn't realize the same company had others. It was nice that they didn't have a large group. Sometimes it's not about the food you eat but the wonderful people you encounter along the way~ |

Having enjoyed food tours of neighbourhoods in other cities, my wife and I were so delighted with our introduction to Soho that we'll probably stay closer to this area on our next visit to NYC. Many thanks to Susan and Todd and the restaurateurs for a most enjoyable afternoon. The mortadella sandwich at Cafe Dante was to die for! |

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our tour -- plenty of delicious food tastings and an entertaining insight into the area. Our tour guide, Cindy, was energetic and informative - she definitely enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the area. Highly recommend! |

We can recommend the tour to all types of people. Sephrah, our very entertaining tourguide was amazing! The only thing we lacked was vegetables and fruit among taste samples to lighten it a little. |

This is a very interesting tour and the treats that you taste are wonderful. The guide was very knowledgeable and told lots of "behind the scenes" stories, the sort of thing that makes taking a tour worthwhile. Highly recommended, I would do it again next time I'm in New York. |

We met our tour guide, Bob at Chelsea Market, and he made us feel like old friends the minute we met him. He was VERY informative, upbeat and fun. He kept us interested, happy and fed us many great varieties of food. Went up to the High Line, where he gave us all the details about how it became what it is today. Then we ended up in the Meatpacking District, leraned all the facts and finished up in a nice Italian Restaurant. Bob was an excellent Tour guide and this was a ver good food tour. |

The tour guide took great care of us--and was so knowledgeable about the history of the area--I want to go back to the area and have the pizza at Joe's again!
While we were in the olive oil store it started to rain--and our tour guide actually had rainwear for all of us!
It was really enjoyable and we got to taste some great foods. I would highly recommend it. |

This was a fun, informative and interesting tour. Our guide was well informed about the area and the foods we tasted were fun and unique. Our guide even provided rain ponchos when we had a short rain shower! Learned later that there are more famous people with residences and former and TV "homes" in the area than what she mentioned but I guess you can only cover so much in the time allowed. I highly recommend the tour! |

We had a wonderful afternoon sampling the delights of Greenwich Village food as well as architecture and history on this tour. Our guide Kerriann was cheerful and informative and the food we sampled was a real treat from start to finish. |
