| I am always skeptical of tours. This one was a delight. The tour guide was great, knowledgeable, and kept us entertained and moving along. Much of the tour was indoors, which would be good if the weather was a concern and easy for those needing a good walking surface. The "highlight " for us was the walk on the High-line, the converted train track trestle to city park (approx. 18 blocks long) recently opened to visitors. You got plenty "tastes of the city" and you were pleasantly full after the tour. This tour took you to an area of the city that you might never experience on your own. | ||||||

| This was my first trip to the UK. The trip had been recommended by a friends son who is resident in NY. It was excellent and our guide was so informative. It was all that I had expected and more. If you decide to go on this trip there are so many wonderful tasting sessions that you would not need breakfast - perhaps just a coffee. Would recommend to all my friends and family. | ||||||

| We enjoyed the tour immensely. The tour guide did a great job and could not be faulted. It woud be a good idea to let people know before booking that although it is a three hour walking tour there are never any large distances to cover at a time. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Curt, went out of his way to learn our names, give us extra highlights of the area, and provide needed 'potty' stops. Getting to taste foods from a variety of food groups, and different eating establishments added to the enjoyment of the tour. Would highly recommend it to other folk. Infact we did. Informed our local relatives about it and also some other friends in the area. Next time we are in town, would like to take some of the other tours that your company offers. | This was a very fun and informative tour. Our guide, Curt, was very knowledgeable about the area, the foods and Chelsea Market itself. He was super enthusiastic, entertaining and obviously loved what he was doing. He has a tremendous rapport with all the merchants in the Market as well as in the Meatpacking District. I was very impressed with his ability to remember everyone's name and where we were all from and there were 16 of us on this tour! I would reccomend this tour very highly, especially if you can have Curt as your guide. Be sure that you are hungry when you go because otherwise you won't be able to enjoy the wide variety of foods that you can sample! | ||||||

| Enjoyed our three hour tour of an interesting area of New York. Sampled food from local/family run businesses who really cared about the food they were making. Heavily Italian/American food bias with a bit of Asian thrown in. Loved the cheese samples and fried rice balls. Tour guide Dave was a friendly and laid back and provided some interesting facts about Greenwich village. We only wished we had more time in New York to try the other tours. Lots of food to eat, don't have breakfast! Joann and Chris | ||||||

| The tour was informative, well organized, and friendly. Curt, our guide was great. He is knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. The locals are elements of any tour. The guide makes the experience good or bad. With a guide like Curt you get more than what you hoped for. This is one of the best guided tours I ever been on. And, I've been on tours all over the world. Thanks, Curt! | ||||||

| The day was perfect in every way! Our tour guide, Barri, was delightful. She was knowledgeable, funny, and interacted with everyone positively. There were 16 of us and we ran the gamut--a 1 year-old who loved every minute of the tour to our senior member, a 75 year-old grandmother. There were "picky " eaters among us and they loved everything they tasted!! We all learned something new, historically, architecturally and "cuisineally". We'd love to do another similar tour but this is the only one offered on Wednesdays. Many "local" communities bring buses into Manhatan on Wednesdays for matinees. However, there are many who choose to do other things. So think about adding other tours similar to this on Wednesdays. | ||||||

| Tour Guide Barri did a masterful job introducing me, my daughter, and baby granddaughter to the fine foods of Greenwich Village. Nearly seventy degree weather and sunny in October in NYC? You bet, I carried those warm weather feelings all the way up from Florida and Barri brought knowledge, enthusiasm, and great food to our to little group. Way too difficult to pick a favorite nosh from the tour, but my Brooklynite vegetarian daughter will be revisiting Soy and Sake for sure, I'd head over to Milk and Cookies anyday. In addition to the great snacks was a brief and wonderful history of Greenwich Village presented artfully by the tour guide. Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, and American - it's all there and it's all good. Don't pass up this opporTOURnity!!!! | ||||||

| ...with good food! It was easy after the tour to continue familiarizing oneself with the area. Our tour guide was a real pro in introducing the delicious food we ate to us as well as in telling about the history and today of the restaurants and environment. This was the second time within a year we attented your tour (the first tour was Chelsea - Meatpacking district), and what a surprise: the tour guide was the same guy, Kurt. Thank you, Kurt, for a fabulous time in West Village with you! Besides, now that we knew something about Chelsea - Meatpacking district we had no problems going there on our own this time. | ||||||

| My husband and I absolutely loved the tour. It was a great way to learn more about the village while sampling some amazing food. Our tour guide was fun and very knowledgeable. Not to mention the portion sizes were huge. We were stuffed after we stopped at eight restaurants. In my opinion this is a must for all travelers! | ||||||
