| I purchased tickets to this "event" as a birthday gift for my husband, and we had more fun doing this than anything we've ever done while visiting Manhattan! Thanks for a great time! The actors were very professional and fun to interact with, the walking was terrific exercise, the food and drinks were great, and the other people we met in our group were a lot of fun too! We have recommended this to everyone we know who's going to be spending any time in Manhattan! Thanks for an amazing evening! | ||||||

| The tour guide was the best. Very personable and knowledgable. We enjoyed all the different foods we sampled while on the tour. The ambiance of the village was breathtaking. We loved all the history that the village has held throughout the years. My husband and I stayed for dinner at Palma's resturant, which was featured on the tour. The evening was lovely and being able to sit outside in the resturants garden setting made the evening even more special. We have been to New York many times, but this was the highlight of our trip this spring. Terri and Dave | ||||||

| We learned a lot on the tour and were given plenty to eat. Sam was an excellent tour guide and we will try one of the other Zerve tours next time we are in NY. Highly recommend. | ||||||

| The tour guide was great and the food was even better. It's worth while to go on these tours because you get to know more of the area than just going through it yourself. It's a three hours well spent. I think it's even better than the more touristy places like times square. There were a lot of family owned restaurants that serve a lot of good quality food. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to eat and who loves to explore new places. | ||||||

| My friend and I really enjoyed the tour - we will be back with husbands next time - and a cooler so that we can shop at all the great places on the tour! The foods were outrageous: the yogurt was out of this world, the halvah (my favorite when I was younger) was unbelievable, the gnocchi was absolutely wonderful, the peanut butter sandwich with chicken and pineapple was fantastic, the smoked mozzarella, the black pepper sausage, the potato tart, the indian bread, etc., etc., etc!!! There was not one food that we didn't enjoy! We could not have asked for a better guide either - Raheem really knows his stuff. Very personable - I hope to have him as our guide again next time. | ||||||

| I have been on all three food tours. This tour covers the smallest area. Two hours and twenty minutes take place in the ten (?) year old market and only the last 40 minutes take place outdoors in a 4-5 block area surrounding the market. I would have prefered to explore the neighborhood and old establishments which have been around for decades like the other two tours do. I still enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Sam. was top-notch. He was personable (he called everyone by their first name), friendly,funny and seemed to enjoy people. There was more than enough to eat and you are hearing this from someone who can eat a lot. Everything tasted great. My favorite was the soup. | ||||||

| I was keen to see Greenwich Village but wasn't sure where to start on my own and so opted for the tour as it had great reviews. I was so pleased that I chose it as I had a fabulous time! The food was fantastic, the history of the place very interesting and a great opportunity to mix with some new people - as I was on tour by myself. Our tour guide Amy was great. A real 'villager' and so genuinely enthusiastic about the place. The tour was a great introduction to Greenwich Village and I'll definately be recommending it to all my friends & family. | ||||||

| I heartily recommend our guide though, I'm embarassed to say, I can't remember her name. If I had one tiny reservation about the food, it would have been nice if it had been a little lighter on the carbs. There have to be healthy things to eat in the Village! Nevertheless, I will definitely be recommending this tour in the future to friends from out of town. | ||||||

| Our group all really enjoyed this tour. Recommended as a great way to get to know an area, make new friends and taste some local delicacies. Our tour guide was enthusiastic, entertaining and knew his subject. Indeed, we all loved Greenwich so much by the end of the tour it will be our No.1 place to stay when we next visit NYC. | ||||||

| Following the Greenwich tour we had high expectations for Chelsea MKT / meatpacker and to cut a long story short we were not disapointed. The tour itself was interseting and lively, our guide Sam full of information and stories. We will be recommending the tours to all our friends visiting New York. | ||||||

| Have a great time with learning and snacking! Lots of great info on Chelsea market & meatpacking district - very entertaining! Seemed to be more of a focus on the market (and definately where the sampling took place), but this worked great for me. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was Rahim; he was just great, very knowledgeable about not only the history of Soho and Greenwich, but the local food. He was very enthusiastic and provided a lot of interesting detail about the sites that we visited, as well as anecdotal stories from his personal life. Rahim's love of food is apparent, and he brought us around to wonderful places that we would never have discovered on our own. His knowledge of how the different cultural foods are prepared was great, and we really enjoyed getting a glimpse of how some of the older food establishments have managed to remain viable over the years. The gnocchi in tomato sauce at Monty's was incredible... best I've ever tasted! Thanks Rahim!! | ||||||

| Enjoyed the balance between the varieties of culinary treats, the information about the neighborhood and the history of the Village very much. My friend and I have been to Manhattan many times, but had never done anything like this - we had a great time. | ||||||
