| It was very informative. We learned so many things we have not known before considering we do love Japanese food and sushi. It's so worth it for our anniversary celebration. The food is great, too and we were full at the end. The guide is so knowlegeable. He's an expert. This is our 2nd tour in this company. We'll definitely try all of them. |

| I learned a lot about Japanese food. There was enough food to eat (despite some other reviews) and more than enough sake (very good deal for $10). Rahim was very knowledgeable. Very tasty! My husband also enjoyed it. |

| Food was excellent... my husband and I are foodies and expected sub par food but a fun experience. Not only was our guide great and the evening very entertaining, the food was surprisingly great. I will definitely go back to the host restaurant for dinner soon. |

| I have been on 3 of the Foods of NY tours and have enjoyed all of them. I had much anticipation for the Japanese tasting event as our guide had talked about it on the last tour we had gone on, before the Japanese event was available.
We were not disappointed! The food was excellent. We took my parents who had been to Japan and they learned a lot. This event has the same casual, fun-loving, welcoming feel as the tours. We eat sushi weekly and were thrilled to try all different types of food as well as to learn how to eat sushi "properly".
This is an event not to be missed...I hope they create others like this! |

| I went with a couple of friends and we had a fantastic time! The food was great and the host was full of information and he kept it fun! Anyone looking to try some great new Japanese food and learn about the culture in a fun and relaxed way should check this out! I'm excited to try a different food tour! |

| This was the best food tasting experience Ive ever been through. Rahim, the host, is funny, smart and very informative. We will definitely be back to visit Ariyoshi! We also can't wait to check out other events hosted by Rahim |

| Our guide Raheem was just so great. He respected our groups desire to talk but didn't let our side conversations distract from his job to teach us some very valuable things. It was the perfect balance. As for the food, I thought it was very good ! Some things I liked better then others but overall it was all very good (aside from dessert unfortunately). I would say you get pretty good value, esp. when u consider the 3 alcoholic beverages are part of the deal with $65....its not bad at all |

| I would not recommend this tour to anyone who loves sushi and likes to eat. Our entire group walked away needing to eat more food. We needed to go to a local pizzeria after the tour because they were so hungry especially the males in the group.
I found the tour guide to be full of interesting facts and definitely learned some new tidbits about sushi and the japanese culture. If you added more food to the tour, it would be absolutely amazing!! |

| I do a similar type of educational session & tasting with beer as part of my job.
I told my son that the fact that our host spoke for 2 1/2 hours and was constantly informing us with pertinent in interesting information was way above the curve on presentations like this.
Highly recommend |

| I wasn't quite sure what to expect when signing up for this event, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am a sushi-lover but was interested in trying new Japanese food. The food was great and it was interesting to learn about Japanese food. Although the event was 2.5 hours, the time flew by while we were there. I hope that Foods of NY will add other events like this one to their menu. |
