| This is my 3rd tour in New York with your group and, as always, it was excellent! The food was delicious, the restaurant had the perfect atmosphere for the event, and our guide was outstanding! I can't wait to come back for another! |

| This activity was both delicious and worthwhile for me, and my family. It allowed us to taste a wide variety of types of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes, as well as beer and sakes, that we would not otherwise have been adventurous enough to order, since it is such an intimidating experience to order a meal comprising components with which you are totally unfamiliar. I have frequently found that the fish other than tuna, and even tuna on fairly frequent occassions, at Japanese restaurants tastes"fishy". Having a meal of such high quality fish presented to me, so that there was not fishiness whatsoever (except in several pieces of the squid) was wonderfully empowering. I will, in the future, feel comfortable complaining about the quality of what I am being served, and will also be comfortable ordering a wider variety of species of fish, knowing that they should not taste fishy. In addition, the price, although higher than an average meal in a Japanese restaurant, was affordable enough that it is very likely that I/we will repeat the tour. One more plus was that we were taught about the history and the properties of the foods we were eating by a very charming "guide" who shepherded us through the 2+ hour meal. |

| Decided to go at the last minute - everyone was out of town and I wanted to go out! Did not expect to learn anything new about Japanese tapas or sushi since I consider myself a foodophile - but I was wrong. Raheem was a fantastic tour guide and the restaurant we ate in was terrific. Had some new tastes, learned a lot and met some great people from out of town. We had so much fun that we all went out for the evening afterwards.
I highly recommend this tour - really knowledgeable guide, fabulous food and sake, and lots of fun! |

| I strongly recommend this tour for those of all ages and backgrounds. Our tour guide Raheem was extremely knowledgeable on Japanese traditional foods, and this event was quite an experience! I would not recommend this event to those who are un- accepting of different flavors. If you enjoy expanding your palette and mind, this tour is for you! Great for couples, friends, or those who want to go solo. Because the entire event took place at one destination, there wasn't any walking involved, so we really got to focus on one establishment and it's strong points.
I strongly recommend this tour to Japanese and Sushi lovers, it will change the way you think about sushi, and even 'sushi experts' will walk out of this with a newfound knowledge and appreciation for the way the Japanese do fish. |

| every part of the meal was delicious and the host was interesting, upbeat, comfortable, down to earth, friendly and a great speaker. I would definitely recommend it to friends however I don't normally like sitting with strangers which we luckily didn't have to do because there was enough space in the restaurant. |

| We did the sushi tour with Raheem on Sat May 31st and absolutely loved it! Great presentation by Raheem explaining the history of sushi, methods of prep, ingredients and what makes good sushi. Ate foods I never would have dared try without a guide, many that sounded awful but tasted great. Pacing of talk and eating was just right and made for a full evening of entertainment while leaving time for a grocery shopping trip at Trader Joe's a few blocks away. Experienced high end stuff like REAL wasabi and top shelf Saki. Learned that I DO like saki when it's the good stuff :+} |

| My husband and I booked The Art of Sushi for our final night in NYC after being there for a week. My husband is a chef and a true "foodie". We both found the night both delicious and very entertaining and enlightening. We learned a lot and would highly recommend this event to anyone who loves to experience dinner not just eat it. |

| The meal was delicious, above and beyond the norm. We all had a great time enjoying both the company of friends and meeting new. The way that the flavors of the food and drink mixed and complemented each other really says to me that someone planned meticiously so that the experience would be extremely satisfying.
It worked! |
