Great food, value for money and lots of fun

| First off, the food was fantastic. The menu was chosen well, and covered a broad rage of textures and tastes. Even the more seemingly mundane dishes (like chicken or tofu) were elevated by some masterful cooking. I've never been partial to raw squid, and this was the first time I encountered raw squid I would happily reorder, now that I know how it can and should taste like in the hands of experts.
You do get a fair amount of food to, so come hungry...
Our host Raheem was delightful (and knowledgeable); and his enthusiasm and passion for food certainly added to the experience.
It may not seem like the essential NY experience... but I did not regret choosing to spare some of my precious 'touristy' time for this. I would probably have gone back for more had I the time. |

| The Sushi Tour was fantastic! From the Tapas through to the dessert, every course was amazing and the Japanese beer and sake perfectly complimented the food. Raheem's knowledge of the food, it's preparation and Japanese culture really enhanced the experience and we were pleasantly surprised at how plentiful the servings were. We are so looking forward to the Chinatown Tour! |

| I am so happy that my girlfriend suggested this outing! We had a fabulous time! The restaurant was exceptional and our host for the event was excellent! He was not only friendly and pleasant but in addition to that he was so knowledgeable of the Japanese culture and food! He really made the evening a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this to all of my friends and family. I haven't stopped raving about it since! |

| We both had a fantastic evening! Raheem was wonderful and really made this event worthwhile. He is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the sushi was delicious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with an interest in learning about (or just eating) sushi. Thank you for a lovely time!! |

| We really enjoyed the experience of the Japanese Tapas. I highly recommend adding on the beverages, the beer and sake greatly complement the food and complete the whole experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his experiences of the Japanese culture. Having just traveled to Japan the previous summer, these authentic Japanese courses were a reminder of the cuisine we experienced there. Each course was fantastic and had something new to learn about and try. The explanation behind how each dish is made and why it is presented in the way it is was fascinating. I highly recommend this activity! Kumpai! |

| Food (and drinks) were of the highest quiality and plentiful. Raheed was very knowledgeable and very entusiastic. We would highly recomment it.

The host , Raheem, was the best, thank you so much! The atmosphere was nice, The presentation was very smooth and interesting enough to keep us captavated a whole time . We learned a lot of new informaiton. The only minus is that it will be much harder to find a good sushi place now:-) The one we concidered the best in our township doesn't seem authentic any more.
Will defently recomend this tour to everyone. |

| I went as an idividual and was completely comfortable. Our host was knowledgable and very excited about what was being served and the stories behind the preparations and signifcance.
The group was a nice mix, only 7 of us which was unusually small. Some had been on previous FoudTourNY outings and were raving about those as well.
A great way to expand your palate. I found myself sampling dishes I wouldn't ordinarily try and finding them enjoyable. |

| Very informative. There was a Japanese visitor in the group and even she has learned a great deal which she hadn't known before. Food was delicious and definitely enough. |
