Our guide was just great. He was jovial and intelligent, the food was fun with great variety, and it is a beautiful area of NYC.

Really great tour with guide Heather! Lots of information and facts about life in Greenwich Village, with a scrumptious sampling of Village foods along the way (our tour featured pizza, olive oil, risotto ball, cookie, cannoli, cheese, olives, a variety of tapas, and more!). Very pleasant way to spend a day in the Village. Highly recommend!

Great tour with great food.

An enlightening experience which was recommended to us and we have done the same fro friends coming to New York in a fortnight. The tour guide, Daryl, was a master, his knowledge second to none and his humor and manner with everyone on the tour enhanced the experience. This is a must do for anyone coming to New York and has a passion for food.

As the guide advised at the start of the tour this may be one of the best things you do while in New York and she wasn't far wrong. Leaving aside the numerous tasty samples of the fare of the many establishments you visit you also gain entry to establishments that you wouldn't or couldn't gain intimate access to.(Del Posto and Morimoto being some). The bubbling personality of the guide along with extensive history of the area make this a must do on your next trip to New York

Our guide, Diana, was truly enthusiastic and informative. The 3+ hours flew by and we emerged from the tour with a much better understanding of the Chelsea Market and the surrounding area. The tastings were well chosen and varied, and in total easily added up to a multi-course lunch. This tour provided excellent value for money and we would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone.

Even though the weather was warm, we enjoyed every minute of the tour. Almost as interesting as the food was the history lessons on buildings and the area. We highly recommend this tour.

I highly recommend this for anyone traveling to NYC. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and shared many interesting facts about the Village. And the food samples were outstanding at each stop on the tour.

I was skeptical at first but had a very nice time on this food tour. I recommend going with friends. It was very casual as far as the culture and historical knowledge elements. And to be honest if you were tired of listening you could take a minute aside and just talk amongst your friends. Most of the time the information given was interesting though and I was thoroughly entertained. The food was obviously the best part and i returned to one of the restaurants we visited later that day for more. Good times.

This was a really neat way to learn interesting historical facts about the area. Trying out the local cuisine was fun and the food was great! Might suggest starting with something more breakfast-like for the first 11:15 AM tasting other than pizza - especially since it ended with pizza as well. Highly recommend this tour!
