We had a fantastic time on this tour--the food was delicious, the location was fascinating, and our guide was really entertaining and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend this tour; it was a great way to experience this neighborhood. |

We had some lactose intolerant people with us so you might want to think less cheese and maybe a stop for a veggie or salad. It was the hottest day of the year and one resturant did not turn on the air conditionioning until after we got inside. Our guide was very solicitous, and had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was very good and plentiful. We would certainly tell our friends about it. |

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food/cultural tour!! Susan was an informative and humorous guide. She made walking around in the heat of mid-summer a treat - she kept us focused, on track and in anticpation of each historical tidbit and restaurant. We have a new appreciation of Greenwich Village and wouldn't hesitate to take the tour again. The samplings were diverse and very filling. And the food - all I need to say is YUMMY, YUMMY!!! |

Susan took us on a lovely historical and culinary tour of Greenwich Village. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and the 3 hours seemed to go by very quickly. The foods ranged from ethnic street type to Italian, Cuban and fresh fruit drinks with a few more in the mix. Such a great sampling of the vitality of this neighborhood. We loved it. |

We enjoyed the tour and would go back to the village to try some of the restuarants on our next trip to NYC. Tour guide was very informative about the village and its history. The portions were very small and not enough to fill you up, especially over a three hour time period. Not worth the $$$ that we paid. Would not do another food tour again. |

Our tour was incredible. Our tour guide was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She combined knowledge of the food with knowledge of the area and New York City in general to make the tour very enjoyable. My husband and I both said it was our favorite thing we did during this trip to NYC. |

What a great experience! I went by myself (I'm a local) and my tour guide and new tourist family quickly accepted me with smiles and laughter. Eating our way thru Greenwich Village was a terrific way to spend my birthday. I skipped breakfast in anticipation of my food filled tour and boy I am glad I did! I was full for hours after :) My guide, Sephra, was amazing, funny and informative...she definitely made the tour even more special. I returned to almost every spot after my tour was over to pick up a little something to take home and share with my bf. I was greeted like family by each one and got great discounts too! I will not only return to these venues, but will absolutely sign up for another tour. It made my birthday very special. Thank you very much! |

This was our second tour. We did the Greenwich Village tour last summer. Enjoyed this tour even more than the first. Quantity and variety of food was good and interesting. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
We took the tour with an adult son and I probably would not recommend for small children.
Other than that, a fine way to see the village. |

We had a great guide (Bob). and felt that it moved at a good pace. There was less walking than I expected and it was nice to be mostly indoors as it was a hot day. |

Tour - GREAT, allergies could be handled better

The tour was wonderful. My only suggestion is I had written a note when I bought my ticket that I can not eat gluten. At the first pizza stop, I let our tour guide know and it seemed she was hearing it for the first time. She was GREAT and went into each restaurant before hand to see if they could do an alternative for me, which I really appreciated. However, I felt a bit like a pain that she had to make all of these last minute changes at the restaurants. Since I did notate my allergy before arriving, I think it would have been more comfortable for both her and I if the restaurants knew ahead of time. |

This is our second NYC food tour, and we plan to do them all. Very knowledgeable guides who know how to set up each tasting. We enjoy a play Saturday, stay overnight, and then like to plan something for Sunday. The food tour fits the bill. |
