| I bought tickets for this tour as a birthday gift for someone. We both enjoyed it greatly. Our tour guide was very energetic and enthusiastic. She really made it very enjoyable. I was really looking forward to the food, which was delicious, but I didn't expect to learn so much. The cultural part of the tour was just as good as the food part! I strongly recommend this tour for anyone | ||||||

| Our tour guide was Mr. Ed he was enthusiastic about his city and very knowledgable. We have not been to Chelsea market and found it a delite! We will return on another visit to the city where I do frequent for business. Thanks again for showing us another side of New York. | ||||||

| This was a great tour that provided us an opportunity to visit some of the places the locals would only know about and visit. We love food and this was a great introduction to a number of wonderful restaurants in addition to classic New York food emporiums. What a great way to see the neighborhood, catch the culture and get a bit of the history. It was also a nice blend of old established food locations and new ones on the scene. A great way to spend the afternoon. | ||||||

| A very fun, different thing to do in NYC. All of the food tastings were delicious! And we loved our guide. She was very knowledge about the different restaruants and shops in Greenwich Village. I highly recommend this activity. | ||||||

| It was a lot of fun. I have been to that neighborhood often but never thought to go into some of the stores. It was also fun seeing hidden gardens. The educational tour part was ok but could have been much shorter. | ||||||

| We had an excellent time. Cindy was our tour guide and her enthusiasm never dwindled. If anything, she just gained momentum throughout the tour. Although I am from LI and familiar with the city, I had never been through that area of the village and I would NEVER have noticed all the history that exists. The others in my group were a friend who just moved to NY from Wisconsin and a friend visiting from England. Both loved it. My friend from England through it was a fabulous way to get to know NY and learned things she never found out about in her many hours of tour guide book reading. I think you should definitely find more ways to promote this to foreign visitors. I can't wait to go on the other food tours. | ||||||

| This was a great tour that combined cultural and architectural history of Greenwich Village. The tour emphasized the importance of local stores/restaurants in this part of NYC as part of the unique culture and community found in the area. The food emphasized this theme as we stopped at many local shops and restaurants. Great food, great guide, interesting history and culture. Highly recommend! | ||||||

| This is an extremely informative and fun tour. I gained a historical perspective of the area through vivid descriptions by our guide. He definitely knew the area and had studied the history and lived through much of it. The "bookend" slices of pizza from different establishments are an excellent way to compare the various styles of pizza in NYC. The visiting the cheese company, the purveyor of all kinds of herbs and the olive oil were icing on a very good cake. I highly recommend this and a couple of other of the Foods of NY Tour. They are excellent. | ||||||

| I thoroughly enjoyed the Central Village/SoHo Food and Culture Tour. It was a perfect fall afternoon. The sights and the vibe in this part of the city are great. I love that it is such an ethically diverse area. I tasted so many delicious foods that I have never even heard of. The tour guide was very informed. I would definitely recommend this tour. | ||||||

| We were celebrating a birthday and decided to go on this food tour since it sounded interesting, fun and wasn't too expensive. We truly enjoyed it! We enjoyed the different foods we were able to sample and all the history that our tour guide, Mike was able to provide. Mike made the tour absolutely great, we loved the fact that he knew so much about the area and all the different foods. His personality and knowledge of the area was amazing! We also loved the idea of the coupons, great incentive to go back to the shops. We used some of them already and plan on going back to use the rest and re-visit some of the shops to do more shopping. If I had to make one suggestion, I would recommend adding a couple more food samples to the tour from locations that were listed and mentioned, but that we did not visit. Although many in our group enjoyed it, others did mention how they thought more food samples should have been given out. Thanks for such a great experience, I can't wait to go back with my husband this time around and try a different tour! | ||||||

| Our tour guide was an enthusiastic young woman, who was an aspiring actress. That was evident in her clear voice and enthusiasm during the tour. The group was small enough that we didn't get lost, and the walking was very doable, with frequent stops. I learned a lot about the Village and look forward to going back there on my own next time I'm in town. There were also some excellent lessons on the quality of New York pizza and calzone! | ||||||
