My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Chelsea Meat Packing food tour. Diana was entertaining, but provided an abundance of of knowledge about the Chelsea Market. On her suggestion we went back a second time to eat lunch at Miromoto and purchase some items to take home. The food on the tour was also good. The brief stop at the Highline gave us an opportunity to learn about it and also do more of it on our own. We would both highly recommend this tour and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Jan |

Hi, just did the Greenwich tour and loved it! Kurt was fantastic and acknowledged everyone in group by name. We have done other walking tours but his was by far the best experience. Our children aged 11 and 12 loved it and could not say enough about food and Kurt. Specially the O Ke DoKe Artichoke! Great way to experience alittle NY. |

We were quite impressed with the tour guides knowledge and explanation of the history of the market. The tastings were varied, delicious and certainly filling; no other meal required after this tour! I had not been to this area of NYC before and now feel that I would visit it again with confidence. I've already started recommending this tour to my friends and family...it is certainly worth the time and money! Thanks for a great and memorable day! |

Two 15-year olds (our son and his friend) accompanied me and my husband....This turned out to be brilliant as there were many delicious discoveries and sometimes we felt the need to both savor and save room (the boys could finish anything we couldn't.) I think my favorite part of the tour was learning about a hidden-away, authentic "Little Italy" (better than the part of the city that's officially known that way. ) We also got to walk through Washington Square Park on a beautiful day--saw a sunbathing older woman with two cockatoos tethered to her, along with bikini-wearing students and acrobats etc. We are local but felt like tourists and loved it. I happened to be in the city the next day, too, so went back to one of the sit-down restaurants our guide brought us to. it was super-crowded and after a bit we realized that, as we had to get to a show, we weren't going to have time to order and eat. Sadly, I was back to being a regular diner, no longer a food-tour VIP! I'll have to go back when I have more time. Also, I loved that our guide surprised us with a candle for our son's birthday (which she put in a tart at our final stop.) This was typical of the thoughtful touches throughout--making for a really enjoyable adventure. |

This is my Christmas gift to my daughter and daughters-in-law. This is our second food tour. The tour guide,Sephrah was fantastic and knowledgeable about the area. I learned a few things I did not know. The food was plentiful and fabulous, a good variety. Even the weather was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If all of the guides are as good as Darrel and Sephrah I look forward to eating my way through your entire selection. |
