Foods of New York Tours

Our Central Village / SoHo "event" was a definite highlight of our visit to NYC. Big credit goes to Raheem who expertly guided us around Greenwich Village and SoHo. Anyone can take you on a tour of places; It takes a Raheem to make it an experience. We chose this particular tour because of the variety it offered. It didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the samples of Italian, Cuban, and Indian. It was not only delicious but educational as well. Most of all we enjoyed the history and backstories that Raheem shared. I have a whole new appreciation for the Village and SoHo.

The Greenwich Village tour was fun and informative. We had a very nice and high energy tour guide.

First time for the village and this tour company and it was very informational as well as delicious. Our guide exceeded expectations, I believe her name was Maria. she even walked us to the subway when the tour was over. Sh introduced us to the real village not just the touristy parts. thanks

We really liked this tour, of couse our tour guide made it special also. The food was really good, things that I would of normally never tried. If I come back to NY, will take the other food tours!!!!

We were met by our guide, Sephra, at Murray's cheese store and we left promptly at 11:30. We began our tour at Joe's Pizza and proceeded to walk through the village. Sephra's knowledge of each eatery was exceptional as well as the history of the buildings and the architecture. She is an absolute hoot with her sense of humor and warm personality. As a chef herself she was able to add many anecdotes and stories throughout the tour. Needless to say my wife loved it and give two thumbs way up.

What a great tour! I purchased tickets as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he throughly enjoyed it. Our guide Annie was enthusiastic, engaging, and extremely personable. Her knowledge of the food and the area we toured was top notch. I have recommended this tour to friends and family alike and am planning on trying several of your other tours as well. Spending a morning in the city with a group of like minded foodies and history buffs was a wonderful experience that I will not soon forget.

Outstanding, fun, informative with a delightful guide! This was my 6th or 7th food tour with your company and once again I was blown away! Annie was charming, knowledgeable and made everyone so at ease! The food was fabulous (again!) and I wouldn't go to NYC without doing one of these each year! Thank you Annie!!

My husband and myself were in NY for 6 days and I went on 8 tours in that time, the Chinatown tour was my favorite. Our tour guide, Bert was great. The tour had just the right mix of eating, walking and information about the area and the food we were tasting. I would enthusiastically recommend this tour with Bert of course he was the best!!

I was on my first visit to NYC with 3 friends and we went on several tours. This one was great fun. Darrel was a wonderful, knowledgable and entertaining guide and we enjoyed everything. Thanks for a great memory!

The Chelsea Market had fantastic variety and the tour could only touch on these. Darell was a fantastic tour guide and added a lot of fun, history and food knowledge to the tour. The walking part of the tour was quite short, so the consumption of excellent, tasty calories has to be burnt after the tour. A great great rainy day tour especially given the market.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Chelsea Market tour! Our guide Darrel B. was bursting with energy and knowledge about the market and surrounding area. He was very entertaining. We had PLENTY to eat; we should have skipped breakfast! Only downside: this is NOT about the tour but about the market -- only 3 restrooms to accommodate all of the market! RIDICULOUS! The shops and stores should put some pressure on the property owners to increase the number of restrooms.

Our Chinatown food & cultural tour was great for a number of reasons. Bert, our guide, was well informed & familiar with Chinatown, quite funny in a natural manner, and engaging. We were a group of 7 women in our family ranging in age from 30 - 68, and we all loved the tour. We have been on all of the Foods of New York tours, and this one was the same quality, if not better than some of the others. We enjoyed sitting down at the restaurants to eat, and seeing a side of Chinatown that we had never seen before. Well done & we would all highly recommend this tour! Sheri

I Have Been On Several Food Tours. They Have All Been Amazing But I Have To Say Curt Was the Best Guide Ever. Loved Him:)
