Foods of New York Tours

Had a great time. Grew up in New York and lived in East Village 20 years ago. This was such a fun tour and I learned things I never knew. Great food. Great history. A must for tourists or native New Yorkers!

We were part of your E.Village and Soho tour last Saturday. I have not stopped talking about what a great time the 5 of us had. The exuberance of our tour guide-the facts we learned- the food we tasted were all enjoyable. Even the weather cooperated! You can't ask for more for your money-We look forward to trying another one soon!

The tour guide Raheem is just the best.....................Oh, the food is good also....

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We loved our guide (Marie) and everything about the tour: the tasty samples, the history and learning about the purveyors and restaurants of the West Village. We are recommending it to all our friends and will come back to visit the restaurants included on the itinerary. We also filled a shopping bag at Murray's Cheese shop which we are enjoying here at home. ALSO, this was our 20th wedding anniversary, and we were treated to a candle-lit cupcake at Milk & Cookies Bakery, a nice touch. Everything was delicious and the tour educative and entertaining. Thank you!

I travel to NY frequently and sometimes have to stay over the weekend due to the weather. This tour was a delight and great use of time! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had lots of historical additions as well as a few pictures. She knew all the owners of every place we went and they all appeared glad to see her. Until the tour, I didn't realize the connection the building had with the Food Network.

This is my 2nd time on the tour and it was fantastic. Darryl made sure it wasn't a complete repeat for me. The tastings were more then sufficient. I love the Food of NY tours....one night we ate at Monte's which we visited on another Food of NY tour and we were totally happy with it!

We had a wonderful time on the Greenwich Food Tour. We were surprised at the amount of the food samples that we received. We can't wait to go and dine at the restaurants that we visite. Not only did we visit restaurants but the walking tour was informational as well. We would certainly recommend and do the tour again while we are in the city. Our tour guide, Cindy was also very knowledgeable, friendly and really made the tour.

The Greenwich Village Food Tour was one of the most fun things I've done in New York recently. Loved it!! The food tastings were excellent. And our guide, Barri, provided loads of great information on the area, historical tidbits and many food recommendations that we will definitely check out. Highly recommend this tour! I'm eager to try all of the other neighborhood tours offered.

As a local, we go to NYC about twice a month. This tour gave us an inside look of the village that we never saw! Our guide was informative, funny and accomadating) We were a family group from 22-58 plus a 17 month old and we all loved it! (Especially the baby who had her first cannoli!!)

My sister and I took our Mom and her best friend on this tour and we all absolutely loved it! My sister and I even live in New York City and found it very interesting and so much fun. Our guide was incredible and super knowledgable about the area. I was especially impressed with just how many samples of food we tried and they were all sooooo good! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and everyone! I am planning on taking another tour to discover a different part of the city very soon. Thank you very much for such a fun day!

This was our third foods of NY tour and I have to say they keep getting better and better...Daryll was informative, entertaining and throughly enjoyable. I highly recommend these tours for the fun of them as well as the knowledge of the tour guides. I am looking forward to my next tour!!!!!

I liked this tour very much everything from the beginning to the end. The tour guide is very enthusiastic and seems to me he knows a lot about suchy. He is a suchy lover and you can hear it in every his word. The food is great, the service is on-time, no delays. The amount of food is what you need for 2.5 hrs. I would recomment it to my friends. The only thing is it was a gift certificate with used for this tour. I am not sure if I was agree to spend this amount of money if I bought it myself.

Everything was great. The food was fantastic. The tour guide was fantastic and definitly knew what she was talking about. i am a so-called "foodie" and know what good food is and let me tell you, this tour provides good food and a great insight on the history of Greenwich Village's finest eateries and other things you may not know about the Village even if you live in the area!

My husband & I enjoyed the tour. Raheem was very personable & knowledgeable. We would be interested in doing another tour with him.
