| My wife and i participated in the greenwich Village Food tasting tour on the weekend and we enjoyed it immensely. I was looking for something different to do in New York and to find something that would get us into the street life of the city and provide us with history and culture. The Food tasting tour provided that to a tee. It was everything we were looking for. Barri, our guide gave us a deep insight into the history of the west village neighbourhoods that we walked through. she didn't try to do too much and overload our senses. We'll be back for another walking tour on our next trip to New York. | ||||||

| The Greenich village tour was informative and very yummy! I took a similar tour in Seattle, which I would rate a bit higher. In Seattle, we had headsets, so the guide talked while we walked, and you didn't have to huddle around to hear her. Also, the Seattle tour covered a larger area and had more tastings. I was a little disappointed at the small area the tour covered, but the tour is informative and interesting none the less! | ||||||

| the tour guide was great and the tour was amazing. i can't wait to return to the restaurants that were mentioned on the tour! you even get a breif history of the area! I live in Manhattan and would recommend it to anyone - local or tourist! | ||||||

| We were celebrating a friends 50th birthday - we are all from CT and not an "easy" crowd. We had a wonderful time. Kurt, the guide was intersting, knowlegable and quite amusing. We were stuffed from the food samples... The pamphlet with the info of the area was great. Would definitly do another tour with this company. | ||||||

| From the start of the tour to the completion, we had such a fun, informative and tasty time. I would highly recommend this tour to friends and family as it gives you a view of the Chelsea Market District that you really can not get from a book. This is not like a usual tour experience, you don't feel like a tourist you feel like your with a friend (who knows alot about the city) showing you around. We had a great time! | ||||||

| The food tour was recommended to me by a close friend. Our group consisted of 16 family members and friends ranging from 14 years to late sixties. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Michael, our tour guide, was very informed and entertaining. The food was incredible! Would definitely recommend to others! | ||||||

| Rahim was an entertaining tour guide, telling us stories about SoHo and Central Village's history, the restaurants we visited, as well as the architecture. He did a great job weaving together stories about the area together with stories about the food. What I particularly appreciated, as a foodie, was the level of detail he gave about what made the food at the restaurants so good. And the smoked mozzarella from Joe's Dairy--YUM! The only thing I could critique the tour for is the amount of food -- I would like to have tried samples from more restaurants Rahim talked about during the tour. It definitely beats going on the more typical tours. And it something both locals and visitors will enjoy. I highly recommend it! | ||||||

| Our tour guide Rahim was amazing and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I learned so many things about the village and soho that I never knew before and I"m a local! He was so amazing in his ability to recount funny stories, tibits and anecdotes about his experiences in the village as well! I loved the places we visited and I will definitely recommend this tour to everyoone and him as he made the experience so wonderful. It was nice that this was not only a food tour but a cultural/architecture slant with it as well. | ||||||

| I found this tour online on the morning before we left for NYC and thought, "Why not?" It was the highlight of my first visit to NYC. My guide was informative and fun. The food was wonderful and was a variety of items that I loved, but probably would not have picked to order for myself, but will now! I can't wait to bring my friends back to take ALL the FoodTours!! | ||||||

| The tour guide, Maria, was superb! You could see from the start that this was more than a job for Maria, she was truly passionate about the Greenwich area. The combination of food tasting and cultural history was the perfect blend to make for an interesting and enjoyable afternoon. I would highly encourage singles, couples or groups to sign up for this one but make sure you come with an appetite. The food was delicious. We came back for dinner and desserts at a local restaurant and bakery on the tour and it was wonderful! If in New York again, I will definitely repeat this tour! | ||||||

| We were so glad to have done this tour. Our tour leader was very knowledgeable and made sure we all had her attention. We were given little known facts about the village and were able to go inside most places to see the atmosphere of the restaurants and cozy underground bars that were very quaint. I would truly recommend this tour! | ||||||

| We were visiting NY for a Wedding and had time for daytime activities. This tour was delightful. Such a good blend of the history of this area, and a diverse tasting of what Greenwich Village has to offer. We returned that evening to dine at one of the restaurants that was highlighted on the tour. All in all a great way to spend the day, and at a bargain price too! | ||||||
