Foods of New York Tours

We had a great time - learned a lot of interesting facts about the village and tasted some wonderful food. Our tour guide was fantastic!!! Well worth the price...

It was a great way to spend the day and get to know Greenwich Village. The food, guide, and tour itself were all amazing. You learn alot about the area and many restaurants, bars, and facts many locals probably don't know. I highly recommend this tour. You also get a coupon book that provides many local restaurant/shop discounts and even a complimentary wine tasting.

I love this tour & would HIGHLY recommend it to locals & tourists alike! We went on the Village tour a couple years ago (loved it!) & were thrilled to see this one added. Everything about it is spectacular...food is great, tour guide is knowledgable, engaging & fun.

It was great! Our "guide" Cindy led us on a terrific tour. It was historical, cultural and culinary - all in one. The food was excellent, the history was interesting, and Cindy's enthusiasm for all of it was contagious. We loved it and will visit often. In fact, on our way home we had Sunday brunch at Florent...in Chelsea and recommended by Cindy. What a true delight!!!

The event was absolutely amazing! From secret pubs to amazing delicacies, everything was picture perfect. Our tour guide was not only incredibly knowledgable, but patient, and above all interesting. Would definitely recommend to locals, visitors, and anyone looking for some interesting things to do in The City.

A pleasant tour.

A wonderful way to uniquely "visit" New York. The food was great. The person who led the tour was very knowledgeable and accomodating. A very good value. I would highly recommend it!

I think the tour was worth while although I would have liked a little more expertise with regard to the cultural and historical aspects of the tour.

The guide for our tour made it very enjoyable, the three hours seemed to flyby. The food that we sampled durring the the tour was great, but not all of the restaurants on the list were to my liking. All in All we had a very nice time.

Wonderful tour and our guide, Rory, was very informative and amusing. Would highly recommend this activity.

Something different from the usual sightseeing places. Familiarized us with part of NYC that we had not discovered. We returned the next day to explore and have dinner at one of the restaurants we visited. Interesting facts, lots of history, and LOTS OF FOOD!!!! We would highly recommend the tour.

The tour guide, Cindy, was great. She was very knowledgable and displayed her love of New York and Greenwich Village. The food was fantastic! The portions were large and very good quality.

Quite enjoyable! Got insight not only of venues for several types of food but also of the architecture, culture and history. Enjoyed knowing places like Chumley's, understanding background of various sections and businesses, understanding that the village is really a small town within a big city. Group should be maintained between 10 - 12 people. The tour guide was excellent, right balance between serious information. light talk and entertainment.

Loved it! 2 guides--Todd and another guy were great. I learned a lot and ate a lot too and met some nice people. Length and everything was terrific. I plan to return to go on the Sex and the City tour next time.

This was the highlight of our trip. It gave you a look into a real neighbourhood, and the food tasting was divine. We went back to two of the restaurants during our stay and had wonderful dining experiences. We HIGHLY recommend it.
