I did four tours during my recent tour to NYC, and this one was by far the best of all. I did the Central Village/Soho Foods of NY tour, a walking tour of Harlem, and the Sex and the City tour and the Chelsea/Meatpacking District tour was by far our favorite. Bob was a superb guide, we had lots of food tastings, and the tastings were generously sized. A must-do on your trip to NYC. |

We were recommended this tour by a co worker and we had a lot of fun. We learned very interesting facts about NY and the tastings were very good. The only thing I would mention is they should offer slighly more food at each tasting. But overall a great time and we would recommend this to friends/family. |

Daryl provided more history of the area for us which added to the views we already had from a previous tour. We really enjoyed his fantastic recall for us of the celebrities who have been to the Chelsea Market and loved his view of the Meat Packing district...proves to me that it was a terrific tour for the second time and made me anxious to book the other tours as the tour guides are so much fun with their knowledge of the areas and pride in their roles to educate us. Thanks for the memories!!! Happy Birthday,Daryl!!!!

We really enjoyed the Noho and Nolita tour. The tour of the area was excellent and very interesting. It seems like we saw so much and all the food was amazing. Emporio on Mott Street was gorgeous and we went back on the evening for a meal. Would definitely recommend it to people. |

My sister and I had a great time on the Nolita food tour. The guide Annie did her utmost to welcome us all and introduce us so by the time we set off we were a close friendly group. The food stops were well chosen and the portions much larger than expected! The variety was excellent from small cup cakes to slices of Pizza and Tacos. The area has a fascinating history much of which Annie managed to include in her tour.Over the years I have been visisting new York I have managed to fit in virtually the whole food tour programme and all have been of a very high standard. NOLITA was a close second to my all time favorite the Greenwich food tour. The detailed brochure with the full details of the food stops and restaurants we visited was a very welcome souvenir of the trip and a very handy reference guide.I would highly recomend this tour. |

This was my second time on this tour. Two friends from out of town were visiting and wanted to see another part of NYC other than Times Square. I LOVED this tour the first time I went two years ago and it's certainly not the typical tourist thing to do. Our guide, Heather was OUTSTANDING. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and we went to a few new places this time. My friends LOVED this and can't stop talking about it. Since my previous visit, I've frequented some of the restaurants and recommended them to friends. What's so great about this tour is not just the food but the very cool facts you learn about the Village. It's very unique and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. You don't have to be a tourist. I'm not . Can't say enough. GO. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Heather. You were GREAT. |

What a fun way to learn about NYC! We are "local tourists" who are very familiar with the Times Square, Broadway areas. This tour was an INCREDIBLE way to learn about all the little niches that NYC has to offer, all while combining it with food. I wasn't sure how a 3 hour walking tour would be, but our tour guide had so many stories and interesting facts that I never once even looked at my watch. Then, of course was the food! There was delicious NY style pizza, rice balls, cookies, and even cheesecake. They did an excellent job of accomodating one group member who had a food allergy- she was never left out; each restaurant provided her with something that was nut-free. (We had indicated that she had a food allergy ahead of time, when signing up) Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had in NYC, and am already looking into taking the Little Italy food tour in the spring! |
