This was my second tour, good as the first

| I had previously been on the Greenwich Village Tour and have been back for the Chelsea Mkt / Meatpacking Dist Food Tasting Tour. The tour should really be called simply the Chelsea Mkt Tour -- The Meat Packing District was so-so and very little would have been lost if bypassed altogether -- that is unless they decide to put Pastis on tour. The Chelsea Wine Vault is not on the tour and that is a real shame. The tour guide as always was awesome -- funny, knowledgeable and kept up a nice pace -- we were in stiches laughing from the jokes for most of the tour. I wish they would put the FoodTV Kitchen as part of the tour, that would be a blast to see. I have will continue to recommend the tours unless I hear the quality drops. While the tickets may be expensive, I have found places on my two tours for which I will be returning for some of their fine food and I now have a better more comfortable feel of the Greenwich Village and Chelsea Market that I feel I have someplace to always return to see. I have a lot of family that comes to visit who always wants to see NYC, beside the standard places (which I have seen hundreds of times) this tour gives me and my out of town family something new and interesting to see that not everyone knows about -- all in all, it was blast and had great time | ||||||

| We loved the little bites and tastes. We were also suprisesd by the historical and architectural tidbits of information that were included as well! Nice distance between food tastes with good amount of walking in between. We weren't miserably full when we were through. We would definitely recommend this to others (and already have!) | ||||||

| We had such a great time. I come from New York and have been to the Village many many times, but this tour took me to places that I have never seen before. It was great. I never realized how quaint the Village really is. The tour guide was fabulous and extremely accommadating!! We stopped at various places to taste the food and everything was just delicious. We even went back later in the day and ate in one of restaurants for dinner. I took business cards from every place we went to and plan on coming back to visit them again. Our group was just wonderful. Everyone should take this tour. It is fabulous!!! Pat | ||||||

| The tour was very good and the tour guide was very informative. I just thought it was too long for what we did/saw/ate. I also think the foods we tried were just ok. I expected more for the price. | ||||||

| Tour is well planned and does a great job of making folks aware of all of the various food and restaurant resources in the area in full detail. The food samples are ample, almost too much and i would like for them to have beem arranged more in order of normal dinning.....starters first and dessert last. In any case, the samples are great, arguably too many, but you will not go hunger! Tour around the community was very good. Would have liked on less food samples and more community. | ||||||

| Susan, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the Greenwich/Soho tour. It was very enjoyable and the food tastings were outstanding. I would recommend this activity and I will definitely try out some of the other offerings. | ||||||

| Perfect tour for any New York lover. Cindy is THE perfect guide, huge knowledge of New York and Greenwich and you get to know excellent restaurants and food. very much recommanded, will do the tour again ( but only with Cindy again ...) | ||||||

| The tour was very enjoyable and extremely interesting. It was great fun as Heather told us about the history of the area and the buildings we passed. The three hours flew by; the food tasting was great -- certainly filling. My sister (from Vermont) and I plan to take another tour next summer. | ||||||

| My boyfriend was out of town on a business trip and in town were his parents. I wasn't sure what to do to share NYC with them but knew that our interests included seeking new and different culinary delights as well as learning more about the city. The Chelsea Market/ Meatpacking tour was the perfect idea! We had an excellent time learning about the history of the building, the stores, and the area. Our tour guide Ed was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and entertaining. He kept everyone in the group interested and gave us tidbits about everything from the owners to what kind of growth to expect in the area. We had an excellent time and recommend this to locals and tourists. You won't be disappointed with the amount of food you get to try and you will find the 3 hrs you spend is well worth it! | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Kurt, was funny, informative and energetic. We got everything we wanted from that tour and more. Don't forget not to eat before you go. There is more than enough food to fill you up. I recommend this tour to all. | ||||||
