Foods of New York Tours

My friends and I have been on the Greenich Village tour twice. We wanted to expreience another Food Tour and Chelsea Market sounded interesting. My favorite part of the Food Tour is all the historical facts you learn from your Tour Guide. Bob was our guide and he was very knowledgable and friendly. He spent a lot of time with us. I know it's a "food tour" but the fun facts you learn is something to tell your family when you go home. My favorite food on this tour was the Chocolate Milk. Bob said it would be like drinking soften chocolate ice cream and it really was! The sea food place was my least favorite place, but only because I don't like sea food!! I tell my husband about the tours and he says he'll come on the next one, but never does. His loss! Keep up the good work! My co-workers want to go on one of the tours. I'll have to arange a Tour when I can book all 16 spots for my co-workers and maybe my boss. See you in the spring!

My sister and I had a great time on the Nolita food tour. The guide Annie did her utmost to welcome us all and introduce us so by the time we set off we were a close friendly group. The food stops were well chosen and the portions much larger than expected! The variety was excellent from small cup cakes to slices of Pizza and Tacos.The area has a fascinating history much of which Annie managed to include in her tour.Over the years I have been visisting new York I have managed to fit in virtually the whole food tour programme and all have been of a very high standard. NOLITA was a close second to my all time favorite the Greenwich food tour.The detailed brochure with the full details of the food stops and restaurants we visited was a very welcome souvenir of the trip and a very handy reference guide.I would highly recomend this tour.

This was my second time on this tour. Two friends from out of town were visiting and wanted to see another part of NYC other than Times Square. I LOVED this tour the first time I went two years ago and it's certainly not the typical tourist thing to do. Our guide, Heather was OUTSTANDING. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and we went to a few new places this time. My friends LOVED this and can't stop talking about it. Since my previous visit, I've frequented some of the restaurants and recommended them to friends. What's so great about this tour is not just the food but the very cool facts you learn about the Village. It's very unique and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. You don't have to be a tourist. I'm not . Can't say enough. GO. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Heather. You were GREAT.

Enjoyed by all....food tastings were great...history lessons very informative. Would definitely sign up for the other food tours. A great day was enjoyed by my husband , myself and the other couple who attended with us. Your guide was very informative seemed to really know her stuff. Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon!

I'm Italian and the choice of restaurants and food choices were amazing. Our guide provided us with humor, expertise and a little history of the area! Wow!

Great time, Delicious food, the best tour guide Sephrah, Highly recommed and will take all the tours on visits to come. Sephrah made the tour. Her humor and ability to make everyone feel at home were without equal. She deserves a raise.

This was a great way of getting to know a part of New York, the guide was excellent, the food was great.

Food was wonderful, especially Dim Sum Go Go and Peking Duck, our tour guide (Bert) was very informative and funny. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Recently went on the Chinatown Food with Bert and am happy to say it was the best food tour, out of three, I've taken in New York. Not only was the food amazing, but Bert was so funny and told many stories that made me not only appreciate all there was to eat, but also the history of this section of the city. I will definitely continue to do more tours and am hoping there is a way to get Bert as a guide again.

the tour was really enjoyable - i would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. Our tour guide, Curt was very informative and had such a great sense of humour and you just knew he was so well connected to the group and wanted to make sure you had a really fun time!
