| We had such a great time on this tour. Do not be worried about not being full after this tour. We basically ate for the first hour of the tour then took a break for the next hour and walked and listened to our tour guide then finished up the last hour with more food! Definatley try it out. We received great suggestions for dinner from our guide that we returned to the area for dinner and had an unbelievable meal! | ||||||

| One of our best dinning experiences we have had in New York. The service was great and the food presentation superb. Raheem our guide was brilliant making our evening very enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend it. I can not wait to go back to New York to try some of the other tours. | ||||||

| Susan was wonderful, enthusiastic, knowledgable, attentive. The food was .... terrible. Peanut butter sandwich?? A slice of sausage? This was a wonderful tour - but the 'food' part is misleading. Just let Susan lead the group and leave out the food. | ||||||

| Our group of seven - ranging in age from 16 to 78 - had a fantastic time on this tour. Our guide was excellent, knowing much about the history, culture and make-up of both the Village and SoHo. The food we tasted was fun and exciting and the three hours seemed to fly by. When we return to New York City, we will definitely eat at several of the restaurants we visited! | ||||||

| We (two teenage daughters and parents) all thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Susan. Not only did she tell us about the food of the Village, but she gave us insights into what it is like to live in NYC. Her details on the history of the area was interesting and never boring. We really liked that she gave us reviews of many of the restaurants and we were able to go back to one (Palma) the next night and had a fabulous meal. We had PLENTY of food on the tour. This sure beats riding around on a bus! | ||||||

| One of the most informative tours we did. Our tour guide was wonderful. He made this tour very enjoyable and inter-acted with the group. Most amazing was how he remembered everyone's name and made this tour personal for everyone. The food was very good and, after the tour, we went back to Chelsea Market to purchase some of the unique teas and spices from the shops we visited. We were very fortunate to have the guide we did. He didn't rush us through anything and we even did a few extra stops. Because of our guide, we went back to Chelsea Market a couple of days later to enjoy some more of the wonderful food. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely do it again. | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Kurt, was excellent. He was very informative, provided us with interesting background information, and kept each one of us actively involved. He knew each one of us by name. We loved his humor. The food samples were delicious and the servings were just enough to entice the palate. Thanks for the water bottle. It was more than we expected and would highly recommend it to others. It was truly an enjoyable, entertaining, and informative tour. | ||||||

| This tour and it's guide were phenomenal!! Not only was our guide an entertainer, but he knew his stuff and kept us interested and eating the whole tour...plus, he memorized everyone's name in the whole group in about 5 minutes!! The food we sampled was wonderful and the Chelsea Market is such an interesting place. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who would like a little more intimate view of an area along with some great taste treats! | ||||||

| The tour was great, the tour guide was very informative about the history of the area and the food. There was a slight mix up with tour guides at first and we got off to a late start, but other than that it was well worth it! | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Kurt, was fabulous right from the start! We had a good-sized group, but he remembered all our names immediately. We enjoyed every stop & tasted wonderful things ranging from the everything cookie, to shrimp & blackbean soup, to an Italian sampler, etc. The tour extended out into the district where we went into 2 restaurants, Morimoto & Del Posto as well as the rooftop bar at the Hotel Gansevoort. After the tour ended (where did the 3 hours go??), many of us went back to make purchases from the places we visited. What fun! | ||||||

| This was a fantastic tour, if all of the tour guides are as good as the one we had (Curt) everyone who takes this tour will get more than their money's worth. The food was great and plentiful. The history of the area and information about various places was interesting & informative, and was delivered in a fun & conversational manner that kept the pace moving and engaging. I will absolutely recommend this tour to anyone I know who is traveling to New York City. | ||||||

| Our biggest disappointment was we took this tour on our last day and could not go back and enjoy a full meal at any one of the places that was recommended. Our guide, Barri, was filled with lots of local knowledge and clearly has done her homework about her food. She was fun and very easy to listen to. My only suggestion would be to sample food from a greater variety of types of places. It was time and money well spent. | ||||||

| We visited New York in the middle of August 2008. I came across this food tour while looking for things to do before we went. I booked this tour due to the great reviews it received and I wasnt dissapointed, It was a lovely sunny day and our tour guide, Kirk, was very friendly and informative about the Greenwich area and also about all the places we visited. The food tasting itself was amazing, we ate all the time, just a little taste of everything, but by the end of the tour we were full! I would definately recommed this tour to anyone visiting, it lasts about 3 hours and is well worth the money. The area itself is really lovely, and probably somewhere we would have visited anyway, so having a personal guide of the area for only $40 (and delicious food) is a great bonus . Dont hesitate, book now! | ||||||
