First I want to say that I liked the tour guide very much & the history I learned about the area was great. I also loved the area that we toured.
I was disappointed in the food part of the tour because I thought we were going to be eating much more than we did so we came there with empty stomachs - big mistake.
I also felt that the the tour went on a little long considering we were walking or standing at all times. I know it said 'walking tour" but it also said food & there was way more walking then there was food offered. When I signed up, I thought the price was reasonable but now I feel the tour was overpriced.

I highly recommend it. The tour was informative and the food great. It was a great time and lots of info on the area. I did not feel that I was wasting any precious time as I was only in NY for the weekend. I will recommend to others.
Thanks, next time I will try the other tour.
Thanks Jo-Anna |

We had a fabulous time! It was my second time on the tour and I loved it just as much as the first time. My boyfriend, who is a native New Yorker, didn't expect to learn anything about "his" city, but came out of it even more excited than I was! The tastings are always the highlight, and they were amazing. Overall, it was a huge success - highly recommended! |

We went on the Chelsea Mk and Meat Packing tour and our guide Kirk was amazing. Very knowledgeable as well as humorous and extremely well organized. There were 14 of us and we sampled a great variety of food from the market. Excellent and informative activity and we felt we got great
value for our money. Would highly recommend it.

This tour was one of the highlights of our New York experience. We found ourselves gravitating to the Greenwich area eating in restaurants we wouldn't have known about or just having coffee and pastries at Rocco's.
I would recommend this tour as a must for all visitors! |

It was a great way to spend a few hours expanding our knowledge of the city and the unique area of The Village. Not to mention the food part was the best! |

I often recommend this tour both to visitors and to natives, (this was my 2nd time., the first time I did it with a friend and thought the kids would enjoy it) The teens especially enjoyed the historical and cultural anecdotes and wished there would have been more information along those lines. It could be about an hour shorter if it 'moved along' quicker but that is difficult to control with 16 people. It is tiring to be on your feet for 3 hours. I plan to take the kids to the Chelsea tour soon. |

We really enjoyed the tour of Greenwich Village - both the food tasting and the historical/cultural discussions. Our guide was very informative and kept it interesting. It was a good way to get a good feel of the area (much more fun than if we toured the area on our own!). |

This tour is outstanding and a good way for people to see how this part of NY was in the past and present. Our tour guide, Michael, was wonderful and had so much information to share with us. The 3 hours went by so fast and was also 3 hours well spent. Please keep up this tour because I tell everyone who goes to NY to take it and they in turn do the same. |

We were a bit worried (or my husband was) when we showed up and the tour was all middle aged women - but we had a hoot - Zora made the tour so much fun - what a woman. She had a great knowledge of the area and the architecture not to mention the restaurants and local food establishments.
Lots of fun - would recommend it and do it again -but would have to request Zora - loved that girl! |
