| This was my second FoodTour. I enjoyed the first one so much, I brought my husband to this one. While in NYC, we did a lot - Wicked, Jersey Boys, Statute of Liberty, etc., but upon returning home, when someone asked my husband what his favorite thing in NYC was - he didn't even hesitate - "The Food Tour". Thanks - he's hard to please - it was great. New Orleans, LA | ||||||

| Our group of four 50+ women (friends for 35 years) really enjoyed this tour. We had Cindy as our guide. She was fun and informative! The food offered for tastings was more than enough for lunch--great variety of excellent quality. We all felt that we really got an idea of life in the Village. We had perfect weather, which was icing on the cake! | ||||||

| I attended the food tour in Greenwich Village last year with some friends and loved it. This year I came back with my daughter. I love the area of Greenwich Village and the food is great...we were very full by the end. Later in the week we went back and ate some of the food we loved. My first tour was with Michael...I really enjoyed him..this time we had Cindy...she was ok, she did not seem as genuine. She also made a fews comments about where people were from it appeared she thought she was better than others because she lived in New York. To many inappropriate comments. The comments were not directed at me, but I could tell the people she said it to did not appreciate it...they were defending where they lived. Also, made a comment about Italians...which was surprising since we were eating a lot of Italian food. If I attended another food tour I would request not to have her. I do love the tours and feel you offer a great activity! | ||||||

| My friend and I met the tour group in the Village and our tour guide Cindy. Cindy was excellent in that she was a lot of fun, knowledgeable, helpful and quite the character herself. We enjoyed the time dealing with the archetecture more so than the restaurants. We would have been perfectly happy if there was no food simply because we felt it added very little to the overall experience. Keep in mind that we are local to NY and have both worked in the city for many years. In spite of that we found the tour of great interest. The history of the area is far more interesting that the pizza or cookies we consumed. Cindy worked hard and I believe everyone of the tour appreciated her humor and energy. This is a wonderful way to inexpensively learn about the Village area, it's shops, restaurants, homes and history. | ||||||

| Very unfortuantely, I couldn't go with the group, one of my sisters got ill. But the rest of the group were all able to go and they made me sad, because they said it was one of the best tours they had been on! They also said how great the tour guide was and how informative she was and very entergenic....THEY ALL LOVED IT....I will have to go back and for sure do this tour...... | ||||||

| The Greenwich Village food tour was touted as providing an insider's look at the offerings in the Village, and it certainly has met my expectations. Our guide, Barri (sp?) was personable and very knowledgeable about both the history of the area as well as the food tastings. I especially found the Bleecker Street Pizza very tasty, and appreciated the fact that an employee gave us additional information at the olive oil store. Although I very much enjoyed all the tastings, I wished that Murray's Cheese would have served us something more local if there are such products. While I love Manchego and will willingly eat it at any given opportunity, it is something I can readily get in Toronto, and it would have been interesting to taste a flavour unique to the New York area. All in all, a wonderful experience! | ||||||

| In spite of the downpour, our group leader was upbeat and enthusiastic. You could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. We learned a great deal about the history of Greenwich Village. We also got a sampling of the variety of ethnic foods represented in the Village. I would recommend this as an "outsiders" way to learn what the "insiders" already know. | ||||||

| Our tour leader was very informed/ interesting/ personable. We loved the tour--- only wish we had started our NYC days with this so we could have spent more time in the area after learning things from the tour. We're thankful a Sun. tour was added or we would have missed this "treat"! We wholeheartedly recommend this tour! Mom & 2 adult daughters from Texas say "We'll be back!" | ||||||

| The Chelsea Marketplace tour is without a doubt worth every cent. Not only did we get to sample delicious foods from a variety of businesses, but we were also fortunate enough to have an excellent tour guide. She gave us excellent background information injected with enthusiasm and humor. What a great shopping and tasting experience! | ||||||

| This is much more than just a Food Tour. It provides detailed history of both the food/restaurants and Greenwich Village. Our tour guide has lived in the area for many, many years and was extremely knowledgeable about its history. He also had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing. We learned a lot and ate some good food as well. I would recommend this tour for not only out of towners but for locals as well. We will probably look into and take other tours offered by Zerve. | ||||||

| I enjoyed the recent tour very much. The tour guide did a very good job with the history of Chelsea Market, and the presentation of the tour with a sense of humor. He related well to the tour goers, as well as, the business establishments. The length of the tour and number in the group was appropriate. The tastings were great. I will definitely return to shop at Chelsea Market and recommend the tour to friends. | ||||||
