| My husband's parents came to visit and we wanted an activity that would "introduce" the town. This filled the bill--it was the right length of time, the guide was friendly and presented information well! It gave me a chance to point out a few places or areas to the family that we would be spending more time after the ride, and it included some information that I didn't know--even though I've lived here all my life. I went on a Trolley Tour of Boston and by comparison, yours was superior : the traffic in downtown Fred is more relaxed so the riders don't hear a lot of horns and the trolley driver doesn't have to fight traffic AND give a presentation. The trolley had reasonable spacing so that a person over 6 feet tall could find a comfortable seat on the rear bench, which was nice. Thanks ! |

| Tour had good information. However, even though the people on the bus were mostly all adults, the tour guide talked down to us as if we were in kindergarten.
Tour guide failed to mention that the Rappahanock Heritage Center is now located in the old gym of the old Maury School. |

| The Segways are a great way to see a lot in a short amount of time. Plus, they are just fun to ride! The Tour guide was entertaining and had fun stories to tell. |

| The tour guide / driver was very nice and even explained where the best place to park would be. Just wish we could stop briefly to take pictures at some places. Otherwise a nice way to get an introduction to this great and fascinating area. |

| We were truly amazed of the knowledge of our Tour Guide. She knows her stuff and brought life to Fredericksburg. We were amazed at the history in Fredericksburg. We came to learn more about the Civil War and we got more than that! It was great!
Some negatives- as we were riding through town, several cars pulled along side of us and screamed- causing several of the older folks on the ride to become uncomfortable with the tour. This happened twice. As we toured the town, I heard several of the local residents make rude comments about the trolley tour- probably locals- they don't seem to care about tourists touring their town. Several local residents driving cars would quickly become frustrated with the bus being in their way and would fly by us at an extreme rate of speed!
Because of the rude residents, I do not think that we will ever ride the trolley at Fredericksburg again! I hope this information is helpful to your future customers.
With all of this said, I just wanted to thank the kind lady who was driving & hope this doesn't happen to her often! |

| Visiting the Fredericksburg Trolley is always my first stop when entertaining out of town visitors. The information provided by the drivers lays a foundation for what they may want to see during the rest of the visit. My daughter, son-in-law, grandsons and grand daughter thoroughly enjoyed the overall view of Fredericksburg and the Civil War History lesson. The length of the tour is just right to keep everyone interested. The information given cannot be matched elsewhere and I am so grateful and proud to live in Fredericksburg and to be able to show visitors my city in a first class manner. I also appreciate being able to purchase tickets on line with the availability of the trolley known before leaving home. Your drivers speak clearly and it is obvious that they enjoy their work. I have enjoyed the trolley 5 times since moving to Fredericksburg 2 years ago. Keep up the good work. |

| Highly recommend this tour as a first stop if visiting Fredericksburg. It gives you a really good overview of the city's history and what it has to offer. It is a great jumping off point and will help you decide what you want to see on your visit. The guide was very experienced, knowlegeable and friendly. My mother in law was not with us on the tour, but she has been on it three times and says she has learned something new each time...and she is a local! Great tour! |

| I have lived in the Fredericksburg area most of my life and at 45 am just now finding out what a gem the trolly tour is. I enjoyed learning things about my home town that I did not know. For example, much of Fredericksburg burned down 4 times before they banned wood chimneys! The tour gave insights into the life, architecture, and influences on Fredericksburg. The tour will give you information on some of the other worthwhile places to visit while in Fredericksburg. Take pencil and paper to write down the ones you wish to spend more time visiting. This trolly tour was brief enough not to bore two teenagers. They actually put their cell phones away for the entire trip! After the tour you will recieve a sticker that will enable you to receive discounts at local businesses. It's worth the trip! |
