| The trolley was in good shape and pleasant to be on. The guide knew a lot of the history of the city and had a good sense of humor. My youngest children (3 & 5) weren't terribly interested but the older ones enjoyed the tour. The directions on the web site are very accurate and getting there was very easy. |

| The trolley tour was very interesting. I live in the area and had out of town guests. The tour itself provided us all with lots of information about Fredericksburg we did not know. Suggestion: If you go on the trolley, first go to the visitors center and pick up information, the tour is fast-paced and you do not get off the trolley, so the time for reflection and photography is after the tour. We used the info picked up at the visitor center in combination with the tour guides VAST knowledge, to pick sites we wanted to return to for further inspection. If you want an overview, the trolley is the way to go, but do plan the day so that you have time to return to specific sites for an up-close look and review. Good thing is many are within walking distance of the visitors center downtown.

| Needless to say, our family could not attend the trolley tour. The children were disappointed but a family emergency had arose. Fredericksburg Trolley Tour does not refund your money nor will they reschedule . . . so I'm out the money. I could understand if it were policy to not refund your money BUT not able to reschedule is, in my opinion, very unprofessional. (There was a one week notice of cancellation.) Some situations are just unavoidable. |

| One of the best tours I've been on; Fred is skilled, informative and his delivery borders on that of an accomplished performer.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone else. Fred is fantastic. |

| The man leading the tour was a great enthusiastic guide. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we all learned a lot about the history of Fredericksburg. I will recommend it to any visitors I have! |

| The trolley driver provided an excellent historical commentary about Fredericksburg and its part in the Civil War. His delivery was informative, articulate and humorous. |
