It can be difficult to take photos inside through the windows. On very tall buildings you can't see the top or the part the tour guide is speaking of. If some of the historical properties are open for tour it would be nice to be able to take some time to tour them.
The tour guide is terrific he knows his history. You will surely enjoy this tour. |

An attendant at the NB I85 welcome center recommended that we do the trolley tour, and we are glad we did. It was informative, great fun, and we enjoyed a nice lunch at Sammy T's.
Your online purchase procedure, however, leaves much to be desired. I have never had to REGISTER, creating a sign in and password, to make a single purchase. There were no guidelines for the password, and it took 6 attempts to satisfy your requirements, and another 3 for a password, although I created a very secure password. Had we not really wanted to take the tour, I would not have bothered going through your machinations. And, you never advised that there was a $2 service charge charge per ticket. So, I am done with ZERVE. Go ahead and remove me from your list. Never again. |

Using the trolley tour is a good way to get to know where the historic sites are located and how to plan for your walking tour(s). Only negative comment about the tour is that the tour guide should inform passengers not only to turn off cell phones, etc. BUT ALSO REFRAIN FROM TALKING during the tour except to ask questions. On my tour, some woman on my trip kept talking with her friend in the seat in front of her and was giving her own individual tour because she apparently was from the area. Half the stuff that the designated tour guide said I couldn't hear. |

I learned more in the 75 minutes of the tour than the 10 years I've lived in the area. John was knowledgeable, friendly and just a delight. It takes days to enjoy all of historic Fredericksburg and this tour helps you decide where to start. |

There is too much to see in the historic district in the town of Fredericksburg in a couple of days and the tolley tour enables one to see the big picture plus provide specific points of interest. The speciifc points of interest can later be toured at ones leisure. And while we were not able to see some other points of interest at least we have been educated and "feel" as though we did visit them. Plus it provides us w/ "markers" for a future visit. The trolley tour sparks such interest. Our driver (John) was very enthusiastic and well informed on the community and the history of Fredericksburg. Very helpful and very educational. Well worth the price of a ticket. |

Very knowledgable driver -- only recommendation would be for a short stop (5-10 mins) so that one could get off and stretch one's legs |

This is my 2nd time to take this tour as I think it's a great way to learn about our past when family comes to visit. It's a condensed history lesson that is made interesting as the guide has so much knowledge and it can be envisioned as you can see the actual places where these events occurred. I also like it as it exposes you to what is out there to visit in Fredericksburg so after the tour you can go back and revisit whatever you like in more detail PLUS you get the bonus of discounts for some of the places there are to revisit. I hope this tour will be continued for many more years as all ages can benefit from it all!!!!!!!! |

My brother, who lives here, took me and my husband around the town the day before the tour and to us it was just a lot of old buildings. When we say the same streets and building the next day with someone telling the history of the area, it made the town come alive. Very enjoyable tour. |

I forgot my tour guides name . But he was very enthusiastic, funny and informative. I did not have much time to spend in Fredricksburg so this tour was my main stop. I got to see alot and learn alot and look forward to a trip back to this town. |

The trolley tour was very informative and my family and I learned a lot about the vast history of Fredericksburg. Not being a VA native I appreciated all of the extra tidbits of information given by our tour guide. This tour was great for me but a bit long for my children. Also, if you or someone in your party is prone to heat sickness DO NOT go on this tour when it is hot outside. I cant remember if you're allowed to bring water on board or not but it is advised when the weather is warm. |

Because this was our first trip to Fredericksburg, the trolley ride was first on our agenda when we arrived. Their location is easy to find and the tour proved to be more than we expected. John took us to so many places! His narration was clear and concise, his information interesting and factual, and his driving safe and comfortable. We learned so much about the city and its history and when we were finished (although we never wanted it to end!), we knew exactly where we wanted to return in the city to further enjoy its rich heritage and charisma. You will definitely want to put this at the top of your to-do list when you visit Fredericksburg. It makes me smile just to think about it! |
