Great Way to Spend a Fall Night in Charleston

| My wife and I booked a 9:30 tour with Fried Green. That day they called and offered us a choice of that tour or another. As it happened the other tour was better suited to us and we appreciated the offer. When we arrived we learned we would be the only two on the tour but our host, Ed Macy, gave us the full treatment just as if the group was larger. Ed is both knowledgeable and entertaining--the tour was a pleasant way to hear not only some creepy stories but to get some local history as well. My only regret..... I found out later the tour normally includes the King George IV Inn but it was passed over on this trip. Too bad since we were staying there the next night and that would have really added to the experience. If you can only go on one I would recommend this one. |

| A very interesting and informative tour of Charleston history and related ghost stories. Ed Macy, author of "Haunted Charleston," is truly an expert on the topic and served as our tour guide. He has a narrative style that kept our attention and interest and even spooked us a bit. I highly recommend this tour. |

| April gave a wonderful tour. We took several other ghost tours while on vacation in Charleston and hers was by far the best. She took us to an area of town we hadn't seen and that made her tour different. The stories are spooky but fun and were enjoyed by all ages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. |

| April was a great storyteller and gave a good tour. The time flew by and I really enjoyed the places she took us and the stories she told. I went back to some of the places during the day just becaused they seemed so pretty at night that I wanted to see them during the day too. |

| We all really enjoyed are Ghost Walk on Saturday. April was very informative and we all would highly recommend the walk for anyone who wants a chance to see Charleston at night and get a chance to hear about and maybe see a ghost. We got to see a strange light coming from the street lights at the college, we could see them only with our camera and we were not able to get a picture of them. They were pink and purple lines going up and down out of the lights, and there was one large glow around one light. They would not show up when we took the picture but they were there when you looked at the camera screen. We all thought April was great and anyone who has her as a guide will not be disappointed. |

| My wife and I took the 9:00pm ghost walk and had a great time with our host April.
The tour was just the right amout of walking and the stories she had were terrific.
I booked this tour based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. It's true the
college campus is beautiful in the evening and you probably would not see it on if
not on this tour. The ghost stories were fun and they did raise some hairs on my neck. Our guide April did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend this tour. |
