Isaac was an informative an entertaining guide, showing sights, with snippets of information and anecodotes you just wouldn't have picked up on a normal tour. There are so many great photo opportunities and a few places where you're able to get out and stretch your legs for a few minutes before getting back in the car and being whisked off on the next leg of the tour. The car itself and the attention it received made the tour even more memorable. Just remeber to bring sunglasses and sun block. Water was supplied. Worth going to grab a coffee and pastry from Amy's Bread around the corner from the tour start point, to set you up for the day.

Hot Convertible Tour of New York

FAB FAB FAB highly recommended tour. Issac our driver was a scream. Born and bread in Brooklyn he had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. He personalised the tour for us taking us to parts of downtown that we had not previously visited. Lots of opportunities to take pictures even backing the car up when he thought something would be a better shot. We have been to NY 4 times and this was by far the best tour we have ever taken and would go again. Be prepared for people calling out to Issac guessing the year of the car and askikng to buy it. It added to the feel of the whole experience.

A fantastic and original way to start our trip. My third time in NYC but this tour took us to some fantastic little places we would have never found on our own. Isaac knows his stuff and the time flew by. Brilliant!

This tour is well worth the money in my opinion! Isaac was funny, informative, and took us to many places in NYC that would not be included on a bus tour. The car is amazing and the people on the streets thought so too! I highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting NYC!

Excellent, excellent excellent.....what more can I say. Since my dad who was visiting from Canada is a car fanatic and it was his birthday , my husband and I thought this would be a great birthday gift by seeing the city in this convertible. Isaac, our driver was phenomenal....not only was he funny and well informed but he surprised my dad and mom with cupcakes to celebrate my dad's birthday directly under the Manhattan Bridge..what a view and what a great way to celebrate his birthday and end his visit to NY. Isaac was a fantastic ambassador for NYC...you will not be disappointed .... P.S. This is also a great tour for those of you who live in NY since Isaac showed us places we had never seen....

This is the way to get acquainted with New York!

As this is was our first visit to New York and having read other's reviews, we decided to treat ourselves to this tour. I'm so glad we did. We opted for a Sunday morning and chose right - unusually for New York the streets were virtually empty and our guide managed to show us a few extra sights as were not caught up in traffic. The car is great and onlookers seem to like it too - a few people even took our photo! Our chauffeur was informative and we managed to see Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, the financial district, SoHo, Tribeca and then drove over the Brooklyn Bridge to get some great photos of the Manhatten skyline from Brooklyn. If your feeling indulgent and like us, only had a short time in the city, then I would most definitely recommend this tour - it is our most treasured memory of our holiday.

We did a Sunday morning tour with Isaac and had the best time ever! It already started with the call from New York Fun Tours early in the morning to provide some final details such as the name and cell phone number of our driver. When we indicated that we were planning on having breakfast at the Cornelia Street Cafe, they were kind enough to inform us that the cafe would not open until 10, so that we had to find another place for breakfast. At their recommendation we went to Grey's Dog Coffee, which provided a very good start of the day. After breakfast, we met Isaac for our tour. The weather was amazing: blue skies, lots of sun, but a bit chilly (end of November....). A perfect day for cruising New York in a red oldtimer convertible! Isaac is a very experienced tour guide with a great sense of humor! He really knows a lot about the city, its buildings and its people. Two in our group were first time visitors and one was a local, but all of us learned a lot! I would definitely recommend this tour to both tourists and locals. There is no better way to see the city than from the back of an oldimer convertible! Great value for money and an unforgettable experience!
