This is absolutely a great way to see New York! You feel like a film star, as you are certainly the centre of attention in the limo - every time it stops, people gawp to see who gets out... really!
The places you get to see on the tour are interesting and a nice mixture of the regular sites and the lesser known ones. There is a good mixture of walking and driving, so you don't feel too lazy.
One thing I hadn't realiized from the brochure is that there is a driver and a guide - they are not one and the same, which of course is great. Isaac is an enthusiastic and entertaining guide - a real New Yorker! Seeing NY from the eyes of someone who lives there is very special.
My tour party was interesting as we were a mixture of very young and old people, and the old ones did not speak English! Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed the tour, although I would humbly offer 2 suggestions that would have improved it: 1) to establish whether people at a slower pace want to see everything or less things at a more relaxed pace; 2) for the tour guide to leave pauses between the sentences or the main points to allow people to translate.
So, what else can I say? Go for it and enjoy! |

This tour was the highlight of our stay in New York. They were a great company to communicate with while in New York and their service was outstanding. They were flexible and professional. The car was so much fun. In fact we became the tourist attraction for New Yorkers - nothing subtle about this big red convertible! People would wave and check out the car as we drove around. The tour itself was a great introduction to the different areas of New York. We received lots of information that was personal and interesting. It was a memorable and fabulous tour where we felt like rock stars. A big red convertible, blue skies, the Brooklyn bridge....this is what we talk about when describe New York. The photos are great. It was worth every cent. A far cry from the morning's gospel tour and display of mass and crass tourism!
Thanks Isaac - next time we would love to do Brooklyn with you.

As this is was our first visit to New York and having read other's reviews, we decided to treat ourselves to this tour. I'm so glad we did. We opted for a Sunday morning and chose right - unusually for New York the streets were virtually empty and our guide managed to show us a few extra sights as were not caught up in traffic.
The car is great and onlookers seem to like it too - a few people even took our photo!
Our chauffeur was informative and we managed to see Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, the financial district, SoHo, Tribeca and then drove over the Brooklyn Bridge to get some great photos of the Manhatten skyline from Brooklyn.
If your feeling indulgent and like us, only had a short time in the city, then I would most definitely recommend this tour - it is our most treasured memory of our holiday. |

There were just 5 of us for the tour )possibly because it was Labour Day) so we had our own personalised tour with Isaac who friendly and knowledgeable. Because our group was small we got a very personalised service and this made it all the more enjoyable. It picked up on time, offered a friendly and personal view of Brooklyn and its varied cultures. The tour was informative, the food tasty and filling and there were some great photo ops and views of Manhattan from across the river. It was a great way to spend half a day in NYC and dropped us back in Manhattan at the end so we could carry on exploring and shopping. All in all great value and I would definitely recommend it. |

My girlfriend and I (it wasn't a date as much as a joint activity) thoroughly enjoyed this tour, which turned out to be a private event, as no-one else had registered. Isaac is a very knowledgeable and down-to-earth guy, who had a lot of interesting things to tell about New York City in general and Brooklyn in particular. The tour proved to be a very good sampler and we will definitely come back to the neighbourhoods we visited for more (in particular Williamsburg and Dumbo).
Combining the trip with food is a great way of bringing it all to life and providing some insights into 'normal life' in the areas visited.
We'd certainly recommend this tour.

We were vacationing as a family of 5 with some young children in NY for 8 days and included this as part of a well researched intinerary and were very pleased.
Our guide and driver were punctual, pleasant , well presented and well informed.
The tour was superb and afforded our family the opportunity to fashion a tailor-made ininerary.
I would be pleased to recommend this tour to others in a similar position.

If you're a group of first timers in NYC or even if you've been on guided tours of the city before, you'll enjoy this for a full morning or afternoon out. My group did!
We were a group of ten friends (aged 38 - 48). Some of us had been to NYC before and some of us had been guided before. Our guide rang us before hand to establish a tailor made itinerary and this worked well.
The car, guide and driver were all prompt and well presented. The driver and guide were friendly and helpful.
We were in and out of the car quite a lot which suited us but might not suit everyone. We walked a street or two in several neighbourhoods and found some places we loved which we would never have found on our own.
All in all, very worthwhile, very informative, very good value for money. It was also great to be picked up at your hotel and dropped back off, in our case, in our new favourite neighbourhood. |

We all highly appreciated this tour, our 17 year old son as much as we. The driver was pleasant and very knowledgeable, and showed us interesting sights plus a few "secret" places. The day was sunny but cold and windy, we survived thanks to the blankets supplied, but recommend warm clothing. This was on a Sunday morning, which seemed perfect from a traffic point-of-view. A fortnight after coming back to Geneva, we can say this memory stands out as a highlight of our holidays. |

We thoroughly enjoyed driving around lower Manhattan with a very experienced, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable guide. This is a great way to assimilate quickly the various neighbourhoods and would provide many ideas of what to do during the rest of your trip if you booked it as one of the first outings of your visit. We did it as the very last thing, but it has left us with a thirst to return and spend more time in some of the places we saw. |

We were met on time by the chauffeur, Isaac, who came armed with ice cold bottles of water and a sunny smile! He was very welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic about his city and told us all about it in a relaxed and comfortable manner. HIs knowledge was considerable and he was able to answer all our questions. There was hardly a moment when he wasn't telling us something about the city and its sights. He also knew all the best vantage points and stopped to give us time to take photographs. It was certainly an education and the two and a half hours the trip took flew by all too quickly. All in all, a throughly enjoyable experience - without doubt the highlight of our four days in NYC and we can recommend this to any visitor to the city without hesitation. |

We chose to do our tour on our first night. Although we were a bit tired touring around in the convertible the first night gave us a great feel for the city and gave us our bearings. Going across to Brooklyn at night was something we really wanted to do so we could see the skyline all lit up. Being driven across the Brooklyn Bridge in a convertible is definitely the way to do it!
Our guide was fantastic and gave us some really great tips on restaurants and bars in Greenwich.
If you sick of the usual tourist buses and tours this is an excellent alternative. |

The experience was truely unforgettable - many thanks to Isaac - his indepth knowledge of the city added to the day. It was great to see the part of New York outside Manhatten, with Issac adding to the day with his whitty comments.
Highly recommended - we plan to revisit New York again next year and will definately book this trip again. |

Yeah, absoutely fantastic. My family and I (from Carballo (La Coruna) and Albox (Almeria), Spain) enjoyed every second of the tour. The people at New York Fun Tours was so kind and helpful that really made a difference. The limousine trip was great of course, but we all expected that. It was the way people treated us and how well they had everything organized that really made us feel comfortable and satisfied with the experience. We requested a Spanish translation package and that was also a success for all non-English speakers in the group. Thanks very much to the teams at New York Fun Tours and Zerve.com. Gracias.
