| This is the best way to see NYC as far as were concerned. My husband & I spent 4-days in town recently and booked the "red convertible". The tour was just awesome and so was the tour guide Issac. He gave us some interesting historical facts about Lower Manhatten and surrounding area. He accomodated us as we wanted and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. He stopped and gave us breaks and let us take great pictures. He even remembered my birthday and brought along a treat. We could have never seen this much on our own. The ride across Brooklyn Bridge was exciting and everything thing was just the best. Issac was very professional, fun and informative. Hudson River views were great. We ended up in the West Village and had lunch at a neat little cafe. We did not want to leave-- it was a great way to see NYC. I highly recommend it for couples of any age, family or friends. | ||||||

| 17 in the group, the leader was knowedgeable and pleasant. Started with a knish on lower east side, then to Brooklyn for a Polish nosh, a tour through Hassidic neighborhood, to a chocolate factory, and finished with a Cuban pulled pork sandwich. We received detailed descriptions of the food and the neiborhood histories and backgrounds. The food was amply and varied. Each was a sit down meal . Combined food with sightseeing that you wouldn't see on any other tour. Well worth it. (I even convinced myself that the Cuban sandwich was Kosher!) | ||||||

| My wife and I booked the classic convertible tour for our wedding anniversary. The booking service was very good, and they kept us informed of the weather forecast so that we were able to change the timing to suit. The tour itself was one of the most memorable parts of our stay in NYC: we will never forghet the thrill of driving across the Brooklyn Bridge. Our driver, Isaac, was friendly and well informed, and was able to tailor our route to our specific needs. We were able to cover a lot of signts in lower manhattan, many of which we would have never discovered by ourselves. And relaxing in the back seat, we were able to appreciate the architecture much more, and without breaking our necks! Finally, of course, the car is the star - drawing many admiring glances and comments from passers-by - which added to the overall special feel of the tour. We would definitely take the tour again. Highly recommended. | ||||||

| We were a small group of tourists (a couple from Australia, a guy from Sweden and a couple from Chile) but Isaac, our tour guide, made everyone feel so comfortable that we all felt as if we were in a group of friends. We drove around Brooklyn in a great van and had the most delicious samples of food from different ethnic groups that have settled there. The tour was interesting and fun. Our favorite stop was at the chocolate factory. It´s really the most amazing chocolate we´ve ever had. And our guide was just great. If you are going to New York, this experience is a must. | ||||||

| We spend a week in NYC every year and we have lately been taking some of the specialty "food tours" now available. The Best of Brooklyn tour was the best to date. My wife and I went to the meet-up spot in the Village and were told by Issac, the tour leader, that we were the only signups. Rather than a cancellation, we then got a personal tour with Issac continuously pointing out the dozens of fascinating sights to us as we asked question after question. We stopped for the "world's best knish" at Yonah Kimmel's, fantastic chocolates under the Manhattan Bridge and finished with a Cuban sandwich in Sunset Park.We even got a lesson in the hierarchy of fine scotch from a Hassidic liquor store operator (and the answers to some questions I've wanted to ask about Jewish culture for years). Hearing that we loved Polish food, he headed the Jeep for Greenpoint, pointing out good restaurants as we drove. In sum, we had a lot of fun, Issac was about as good as it gets and this tour made us confident enough to return to Brooklyn on our own several times the rest of the week. (Fabulous Polish food in Greenpoint.) We highly recommend this tour. If you are fortunate to draw Issac as your guide, you will have an informative enjoyable introduction to a number of fascinating neighborhoods, each quite different from Manhattan. | I joined the tour as an individual and I had a wonderful time. There were enough congenial other participants to ensure that everyone had chatty company. The tour started promptly and the bus was spacious and comfortable. Isaac clearly is proud of his city and carefully selected all the stops on the tour for their uniqueness and authenticity. We had delicious knishes, Cuban sandwiches, gourmet chocolates, hearty Polish food .... really a good variety. The restaurants knew in advance we were coming and the food arrived as soon as we were seated. I enjoyed Brooklyn so much that I returned the next day. Isaac was very professional and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and all his guests were well-cared for. I'll definitely recommend this tour to others, and will probably take it again myself in a year or two. | ||||||

Guide: Great, Driver Not

| I definitely liked the guide, Sam, but the driver was rude, unfriendly, late, and didn't listen to the guide. In addition, nine is too many for the limo. Seven was better. Also, we needed a bathroom stop where we could be faster...It took forever for the nine of us to use the "one holer"...It was cold and rainy and cramped in the limo...We would have liked for there to be champagne at the beginning...We definitely felt that we would not recommend this trip...It would have been helpful to have some "skylights" in the limo to see...The windows were fogged the whole time and we had to manually wipe them off. The temp took forever to kick in and we froze then were too hot...I sound "complainy" but I spent a fortune for this and felt that it was subpar...I will be coming in November with a group and wanted to do this, but now will not bother...It sounded good but was a huge disappointment. We really liked the guide, Sam...he was the one bright spot in the day...He was knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. Thanks, SAM! | ||||||

| We've seen places of interest that we want to see. Not the traditional tourist places which you see in the hop-on/hop-off tours. You can put your tour together as you wisch. The Guide "Laurie" was friendly and very skilled. Next time we visit N.Y. we'll certainly make this tour again. Our driver was also very skilled and friendly. Sorry I don't know his name anymore. | ||||||

| We enjoyed our tour and were especially surprised at the high quality of the food provided. I definately would not eat before the trip - more food is included than your might think. I would also take a blanket for the final picnic. The park is lovely and the view is unequaled, but the grass isn't always litter-free and a blanket would be advised. | ||||||

| I booked this excursion as a Birthday present for my Mother and Daughter, and it was very successful, as it is an experience that they will never forget! I was a little concerned that it all ran smoothly, as I was not actually going to be there, but I needn't have worried. Everything was fine, and they had a fabulous time. Many thanks to Isaac, who bought them both a cup-cake! Sara from England. | ||||||

| Great fun, travelling around NYC in a jeep with our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Isaac. We saw a lot of the City in a very short time, and found time to look at places, like the Irish Hunger Memorial, and a close up view of the Brooklyn Bridge, that we would never have found by ourselves. Recommend that you take this tour at the start of your holiday as it will give you your bearings in NY and some pointers for places to revisit later on your trip. Thanks for a great morning. | ||||||
