Take this tour to get a taste of Brooklyn and see some less common NYC attractions. Props to Isaac, our fantastic guide.

With Isaac as our guide we had a very enjoyable trip through New York - it is amazing what one can see in only two hours! It was great to see New York in a comfortable jeep with a terrific guide - and Isaac helped ensure I got some great photos from spots "regular" tours never take you. Would highly recommend this tour. Our two kids (ages 15/17) enjoyed it too. It is important to remember you get more out of a tour the more questions you ask - if you like interaction rather than a mind-numbing standard tourist spiel - this is the way to go.

The Best of Brooklyn Bus & Food Tasting Tour was definitely the highlight of our recent trip to New York. Our tour guide, Isaac, was excellent and provided us with many insights into Brooklyn, as well as New York City in general. And the foods we sampled were both interesting and delicious. Thank you for a great day, Isaac!

Isaac was fantastic. I got much more than I expected from this tour. It was my first time in Brooklyn. Isaac is very knowledgeable, and made every effort to ensure that we were getting the most out of this tour. He took us to wonderful local eateries and shops where the food is made onsite. We got a look at some very interesting ethnic neighborhoods. And because he had time, and it was a beautiful day, we got to go to Coney Island, too, and have hot dogs at the original Nathan's. I had a great time, as did the others on the tour. I highly recommend it!

Take my advice and book this tour. When the limo pulled up (exactly on time) to pick my family up at the hotel, I could tell by the kids faces and grandma's that this was going to be one good time. The kids ( I have to admit I did too) felt like celebrities!! Eddy, was our driver and Sam, was our tour guide who sat in the back with us. The next time we are in NYC we are going to book 6 hours instead of 3. Sam was so informative and made sure we were comfortable and had refreshments for us. Isaac, (he is the boss) take good care of Eddy and Sam, they both are gems and make the difference between an OK tour and a FABULOUS one!!!!!! Eddy thanks for staying with grandma while we were out looking around with Sam.

The guide was extremely knowledgable and interesting. He showed the group parts of New York the average tourist would not visit and opened up a new discovery - great tasting food!! We exprienced Kosher, Cuban, Italian and of course chocolate to top it all off. A pleasant and different 4.5 hours

A terrific experience that really can't be beaten. There's really nothing else like this in the city. Our knowledgeable and highly entertaining driver Isaac was fantastic - punctual, enthusiastic, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful car and the open top makes a glamorous and highly efficient way to see the city - especially all those little areas that you may not not make it down to otherwise! The tour took in so much and really was a 'fun' tour. The stops were perfect with terrific views and so lovely to be able to have a coffee and take in the scenery. Everything was incredibly well planned and organized and yet so relaxed - we never felt rushed and were treated like true VIP's - what a welcome change from most cities expensive and tedious tourist bus tours! I'd booked this trip as a surprise for my husband and he was blown away by it. Our driver even arrived with a cupcake he'd bought for my husband's birthday - a terrific gesture that sums up how unique and special this tour is. This is a must do experience for everyone and anyone - groups of friends, families with children or as a fun, romantic date for couples - perfect way to propose! It'd also make a great anniversary or graduation treat - even for those fortunate to live in NYC! We can't wait to come back and do the tour again with our kids.

I've lived in NYC the last 3 years. My parents came from Texas to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They LOVED the convertible tour. The day was sunny, the top was down and they got to stare up at the buildings with ease. Our driver was fantastic. He took us down streets most tourist don't go down and was informative and fun. Bottom line, we enjoyed our tour and will do it again next time friends come to the city.

This tour is highly recommended, as you get to see a bit of Brooklyn and taste some good food while doing it. Unlike the usual walking tour, this one is done by jeep (or bus) with a reasonable amount of walking included, and you get to see some ethnic neighborhoods up close. They also include a brief stop in the Lower East Side of Manhattan at Yonah Schimmels for a knish and some rugeleh, which are outstanding. My only recommendation to the tour operator is that he add in one pizza stop, given that Brooklyn is most famous for it and it is not included in the present itinerary. -Ken

The group consisted of various business people from various parts of the globe. The tour was exciting and informative and the tour guides were accommodating and knew their way around like nobody's business. The two hours flew by and comments were made like: I've been to NY before and have never seen....etc. Besides the ride, the information given was interesting and the trip was energizing. The jeeps were comfortable and spacious and it was like seeing NY for the first time up close.

The group thoroughly enjoyed the excursion. Some of the people who knew New York found themselves awed by some of the sights they didn't know existed. The tour guides were engaging, informative and aimed to please. The time went by so fast they couldn't believe it and they are talking about taking their families on a jeep tour in the near future.

We don't get to New York often but we had already done the open bus tour and were looking to see a part of NY that we hadn't experienced. Isaac and the convertible provided a great way to experience lower Manhattan. He was a "fount" of information and antic dotes that kept us laughing and asking more questions. If only we had the time to try all the restaurants he recommended! It was great to be envied by everyone on the street.

Great tour, great tour guide. We got a real taste of Brooklyn!

We spent 5 action packed days in NYC - with many highlights. This classic convertible tour was the best !

My boyfriend and I had limited time to spend in New York and decided to go on the Best of Brooklyn Food Tour after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. We love trying new foods and were really excited for this part of the trip. It turned out to be a great decision as this was our favorite part of the trip. We were able to try numerous new things that we would otherwise not have known about. Our guide was knowledgeable, passionate, and very considerate. We would highly recommend this tour and wish that we had time to go on another in a different neighborhood!
