Isaac was our guide. He knows Brooklyn!. This tour was a little history and sightseeing, some architecture, and a food tour all in one. The tour varies, but you'll get to try some of the distinctive foods of Brooklyn (and possibly the East Side), from knishes, pizza, Kielbasa, a Cuban, and even gourmet chocolate! This is a great way to learn about the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and sample some of their food.

Despite a hot July day, our tour guide made the trip enjoyable and informative. The food stops were all good, featuring Kosher, Polish, Cuban and gourmet items.

Have taken a number of food tours, and the samples on this one were, by far, the most generous. Tour guide and driver couldn't have been nicer nor more passionate. Great to see sides of the city that are more off-the-beaten-path.

Our guide, Isaac, was very knowledgeable about the food, history and culture of the sites visited. He and driver Jimmy made the tour fun, informative and relaxed. Excellent value. We recommend it as a great way get a taste of Brooklyn.

We booked this tour after reading reviews on trip advisor. The tour was expensive but worth every penny. We had a group of 7 - 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Our tour guide was Laurie, she was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great photographer. We toured NYC and stopped at a few locations to walk around and take pictures. We travelled at our speed, we were never rushed and got to enjoy many sites and eat some street food. Since this was our first trip to NYC we really didn't know what to expect. Laurie gave us recommendations on getting around NYC, restaurants, shopping etc. We started our tour in Manhattan or uptown and ended at a fabulous restaurant in SoHo. It was a great way to start our NYC vacation and we would all recommend this tour.

I booked this tour as a surprise for my wife and two teenage children for the morning of our last full day in New York and am so glad I did. Teenage son loved it most but only marginally more than my wife and teenage daughter. We had a fantastic 2 hours with our extremely interesting and knowledgable driver / guide, Isaac. He took us to some great places in lower Manhattan including the financial district, Battery Park, Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca and across the Brooklyn Bridge for some superb photographs of the Manhattan skyline. The car was absolutely magnificent and the sound of the engine unbelievable. A truly memorable experience and one that we would definitely repeat and recommend to others.

On my first trip to New York I wanted to experience all that I could with a personal touch and discovered the Urban Junge Jeep Tour on the Internet. When I compared the itinerary of the Urban Junge Jeep Tour to the other tours being offered, I felt this was a perfect choice for me. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having Issac as our personal tour guide as he took us to places of interest other tours did not offer and surpassed by expectations. We were a bit hindered by the rain, but still a great way to check out Brooklyn. Lots of fun facts about Brooklyn and great selection of foods.

Was a wonderful tour, guide Isaac was great and knew a lot. And the food and different stops were amazing. Have been telling all my friends about it and highly recommend it. Can't wait to hear about your next fun tour.

Awosome for people who love classic stuff...

My husband and I took this tour over Memorial Day weekend, there were just 5 of us (the rest of the group overslept!) The food was great and Isaac was wonderful. The ladies we were with were from New Orleans and they had never tasted some of the foods. The Polish food was good and the Cuban sandwich was tasty. Isaac was very informative about the culture and neighborhoods. I had never been to Brooklyn and hope we can go back there again.

A terrific experience that really can't be beaten. There's really nothing else like this in the city. Our knowledgeable and highly entertaining driver Isaac was fantastic - punctual, enthusiastic, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful car and the open top makes a glamorous and highly efficient way to see the city - especially all those little areas that you may not not make it down to otherwise! The tour took in so much and really was a 'fun' tour. The stops were perfect with terrific views and so lovely to be able to have a coffee and take in the scenery. Everything was incredibly well planned and organized and yet so relaxed - we never felt rushed and were treated like true VIP's - what a welcome change from most cities expensive and tedious tourist bus tours! I'd booked this trip as a surprise for my husband and he was blown away by it. Our driver even arrived with a cupcake he'd bought for my husband's birthday - a terrific gesture that sums up how unique and special this tour is. This is a must do experience for everyone and anyone - groups of friends, families with children or as a fun, romantic date for couples - perfect way to propose! It'd also make a great anniversary or graduation treat - even for those fortunate to live in NYC! We can't wait to come back and do the tour again with our kids.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour we had around NYC with Isaac, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were only in town for the one day, but with the tour we really felt we'd crammed a lot into 2 hours and seen many highlights of the city. Very highly recommended.
