| First, I would like to start by saying that we really liked Joe as a person. He was a very nice guy. However, when booking the tour we stated we would like to learn history and architecture facts about the areas traveled and I don't feel that Joe had quite the knowledge he should have in relation to these facts. He, of coure, knew where all the neighborhoods were in the city. However, we already knew this as well. As we would ask questions, he knew a few answers, however, many questions were unanswered because of lack of knowledge. I don't believe these questions were difficult to answer if we had an experienced tour guide as I have had in many other cities. At any rate, again, we did really like Joe and he was incredibily kind and friendly, however, I feel that I spent too much money for this tour and really didn't walk away with anything other than what I already knew, other than one or two facts. It was more like riding through neighborhoods that I have already been too but no knowledge was gained. I do think this tour would be better for people who have never been to NYC before, however, if you have been there even a couple times, I would go with a more experienced tour guide next time. It also might be better to wear something a little more appropriate while giving the tours if this is in fact a professional tour company. Again, not trying to complain. We were just a little disappointed at the end because we didn't feel we had our questions answered and there were a lot of not sures. However, again we did like Joe very much as a person and the driver Sam was nice too. |

| With all the tour options in NYC, I was hoping this private limo tour would be the highlight of our visit, however, I would NOT do it again or recommend it to friends. Our tour ended a full 30 minutes early (at $100 a half hour, that's no small amount of money) and I felt rushed to get out of the car. There were plenty of sights we could have driven by with our extra time. I did appreciate customer service PRIOR to the tour with personal phone calls confirming the time & pickup details. I also found our guide to be very personable & informative. Overall, the tour left me feeling extremely disappointed and short-changed. |

| Thank you Isaac and Eddie!! Isaac and Eddie made sure we were comfortable and happy during our tour. I recommend them very highly. This is the 2nd time we have booked this tour and it will not be our last. When I asked everyone in my party what we should do this year when we go to NYC, everyone answered at once "Get the Limo with Eddie". Not only did we book with them again, I had them pick us up from the airport. Eddie and Isaac really are great people and they want your group to see everything and have the best time while in New York. Thanks again guys and see you soon. |

| Lori was our tour guide. I would highly recomend her. Along with Eddy the driver. He was very courteous to my children and my wife. A "stand out" duo. Top notch all the way. Made the tour around our requests along with helpful ideas. |

| We took the tour on our first full day in NYC. One couple had been to NY before, but for the other it was a first trip. Our driver EDDIE & guide JESSICA were great. We saw everything we wanted to and they worked in a couple of stops that were great for first timers. Jessica was willing to take photos everywhere so we have great memories of the trip that actually includes pix of all of us. Eddie was very knowledgeable as well and the two worked well off each other.
We were also very impressed with the company's professional behavior, both before and after the tour. They called before to confirm; the morning of to reconfirm and afterwards to be sure all went well.
I highly recommend this company. It took a leap of faith to pay in advance for a company I didn't know but after reading the reviews and being directed to the website by NYTIX I was comfortable. After having taken the tour and worked with them I cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry if you use these people. We will again. Lot's more to explore next time! |

| Laurie was our outstanding guide. Arthur was the very professional driver. They treated us superbly and Laurie tailored the tour to our family. We were first time visitors to the City but by the time we were done, we felt comfortable about getting around and going back to see the things Laurie had pointed out. Thanks! We'll do it again! |

| Booked this tour for five of us for my Mum's 60th birthday, and it was amazing!! The limo and tour guide were very prompt, Laurie our tour guide was amazing!! Full of interesting info and was willing to tailor the tour to our requirements. We wanted to see the sites as a couple of our group have never been to the big apple before! I requested to go to the Friends apartments and it wasnt a problem at all, Laurie showed us loads more interesting stuff in the area. We totally felt like we saw everything we wanted to and it was tons of fun. Would definately recommend this tour to anyone! Great fun!! |
