| Our group was very impressed with our tour guide, not only for his knowledge about the areas and various building, but also the history and the little side notes that really tell a story. |

| Isaac was our guide. He took me, my 81 year old mother and her 80 year old husband all over Manhattan in a shiny green, sporty, immaculate jeep to celebrate their birthdays. We had a ball. He took down the top so we had a panoramic view of everything he described. Isaac is friendly, easygoing, knowledgeable, flexible (sensitive to the fact that the folks couldn't get out and walk very far) and enthusiastic. He arrived on time and treated us like we were family. We had fun because he had fun. He knew all the history, gossip, and local folk lore. Dropped us off at a fabulous little Italian restaurant in the Village. We learned, we laughed, and we were so glad that we started our visit to the Big Apple with Isaac. Thank you!! We would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this tour! |

| Our group included a teenage boy and adults ranging from late 20's up to nearly 80. The tour held everyone's interest; Sam was terrific, very knowlegable and extremely friendly. Most of us have spent quite a bit of time in NYC, yet we saw and learned things that were new. Sam, thanks for showing us the Irish Hunger Memorial - we had no idea and it was one of our favorite stops! I highly recommend NY Fun Tours and Zerve. I teach customer service skills, and I will use these companies as an example of how to do it right! |

| Tour guide was very knowledgeable about obscure but current NY things to do. Seeing NY from Brooklyn, the IRish hunger memorial and other locales would not have been obvious to visitors so it was a welcome change from "Normal" NY activities. |

| This is absolutely a great way to see New York! You feel like a film star, as you are certainly the centre of attention in the limo - every time it stops, people gawp to see who gets out... really!
The places you get to see on the tour are interesting and a nice mixture of the regular sites and the lesser known ones. There is a good mixture of walking and driving, so you don't feel too lazy.
One thing I hadn't realiized from the brochure is that there is a driver and a guide - they are not one and the same, which of course is great. Isaac is an enthusiastic and entertaining guide - a real New Yorker! Seeing NY from the eyes of someone who lives there is very special.
My tour party was interesting as we were a mixture of very young and old people, and the old ones did not speak English! Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed the tour, although I would humbly offer 2 suggestions that would have improved it: 1) to establish whether people at a slower pace want to see everything or less things at a more relaxed pace; 2) for the tour guide to leave pauses between the sentences or the main points to allow people to translate.
So, what else can I say? Go for it and enjoy! |

| Yeah, absoutely fantastic. My family and I (from Carballo (La Coruna) and Albox (Almeria), Spain) enjoyed every second of the tour. The people at New York Fun Tours was so kind and helpful that really made a difference. The limousine trip was great of course, but we all expected that. It was the way people treated us and how well they had everything organized that really made us feel comfortable and satisfied with the experience. We requested a Spanish translation package and that was also a success for all non-English speakers in the group. Thanks very much to the teams at New York Fun Tours and Zerve.com. Gracias.

| I definitely liked the guide, Sam, but the driver was rude, unfriendly, late, and didn't listen to the guide. In addition, nine is too many for the limo. Seven was better. Also, we needed a bathroom stop where we could be faster...It took forever for the nine of us to use the "one holer"...It was cold and rainy and cramped in the limo...We would have liked for there to be champagne at the beginning...We definitely felt that we would not recommend this trip...It would have been helpful to have some "skylights" in the limo to see...The windows were fogged the whole time and we had to manually wipe them off. The temp took forever to kick in and we froze then were too hot...I sound "complainy" but I spent a fortune for this and felt that it was subpar...I will be coming in November with a group and wanted to do this, but now will not bother...It sounded good but was a huge disappointment. We really liked the guide, Sam...he was the one bright spot in the day...He was knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. Thanks, SAM! |

| My husband and I, along with our three kids (21, 20 and 13), booked a custom/hybrid tour of Manhattan and Brooklyn, hosted by Isaac, with Max the limo driver. What a great day. We saw parts of the city we would never dreamed of exploring otherwise. Isaac directed Max where to go. He got out of the car with us to explore, while the driver drove around and waited for us, making the otherwise impossible obstacle of parking a non-issue. Highlights of the tour included St. Pat's Cathedral, the flatiron building, Greenwich Village, Ground Zero, veiwed from the Winter Garden, DUMBO (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass), which is an ideal area to view both the Manhattan bridge and the Brooklyn Bridge, as well as the Manhattan skyline. We had Knishes, pickled herring, rugelach, and Nathan's hotdogs. We also ate at a great little Polish place in Brooklyn, and some good chocolates at a little shop in DUMBO. We drove through Chinatown and Little Italy, also. Isaac was funny, irreverant and a totally cool dude. He had the perfect personality for a job like his, as it seemed we were on a tour with a friend we'd known all our lives. We came away happy, well-informed and stuffed. This tour is not one of the typical tours offered by Fun Tours. It was a sort of hybrid of the three hour private Manhattan limo tour and the Brooklyn food tour, which is typically done with a group. It was great having Isaac all to ourselves, and he said they may consider adding this tour to their regular line-up. Although it was pretty pricey, having taken up 6 hours of limosine, driver and tour-guide time, it was well worth it for a very enjoyable, relaxed and memorable day. |
