Great activity and a great way to get to know more

A great job done by John. With two beef dishes, it was a little too much. Usually they do shrimp at one place and this should have been coordinated better between the restaurants. The last course should be a sweet rather than an appetizer. Great day.

Culinary Delight steeped in History

We have just moved from California to Greenville. This was birthday gift for my husband who loves to cook and loves to eat.I believe it is the best gift I have every given him. (other than some very expensive pots and pans). I am not a "foodie" but I completely enjoyed the evening too. Each chef was charming, informative and provided a delicious signature dish. Each dish offers a special alcoholic beverage, as well as, non alcoholic beverage for for minors and teetotalers. We took an evening tour and the weather was perfect as we leisurely strolled from one delightful restaurant to the next. It was completely organized...no waiting to be seated. We will definitely return to each of these restaurants again and again. John, our guide, has a wealth of knowledge of the history of Greenville and an obvious delight in working with the Chefs and sharing the rich history of a town that is filled with potential. There were 9 in our group of mixed ages and interests. Anyone, who comes to Greenville and takes this tour will not be disappointed. Thank you John or being such a creative guy and putting together a tour that supports all! We will keep an eye out for your new tours in the future.

This was a fun event for the team and went a long way in setting a positive tone for the meeting. John, our host, was knowledgable, engaging and made great dinner choices. The entire team loved the event and the restaurants we went to were wonderful. I highly recommend this as a team activity.

We brought some out-of-town guests on the culinary tour and had a great time! We ended up going back to one restaurant later and will likely go back to others as well. The chefs were great, the food was outstanding, and the tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We look forward to bringing more guests to the area on this tour in the future! It was a great way to be introduced to some of the great dining that Greenville has to offer.

Fantastic glimpse behind the scenes

A good friend organized this tour in order to catch up with friends who had been out of the country for a while. It was perfect. We loved the chance to walk around Greenville getting historical tidbits all the while chatting and catching. But let's be honest.... the best part was all the fantastic food we got to eat and the chefs and general managers of the restaurants who took the time to explain their product with us. I had not expected the chefs to be so personable and willing to take the time to talk to us. The chefs at Overlook Grill and Lazy Goat were especially engaging. It was neat to see and TASTE their passion

We had a great time on the culinary tour. We had been to all the restaurants before and it was nice seeing them from a different perspective, we can't wait to go back and try them again. The history of the restaurants and the Greenville area was an added bonus. Hope he adds some new tours.
