A great opportunity to sample the foods of restaurants in the Table 301 group. Take this tour if you have always wanted to eat at these restaurants but haven't gotten around to it yet! The chefs and wait staffs were friendly and responsive to questions but the floorplans of the restaurants were open and the ambient noise made it difficult to hear what the chefs and tour guide were trying to say. We got good value for the price of the tour, especially if you enjoy sampling alcoholic drinks. The tour guide is very knowledgeable about downtown Greenville and offered a well-researched book that provides more detail about the founding and development of Greenville. |

It is a great chance to sample dishes at the five restaurants included on the tour. You meet the chefs and learn a little background about them and their restaurants. You are given some idea about what goes into the preparation of uniques dishes, where they buy their ingredients and all their efforts to please the customer. With just the right amount of Greenville history thrown in, it was a very enjoyable and delicious event. |

If you are local or from out of town this is a must take tour. It's a great way to see what restaurants are in Greenville, plus learn some history of the city. Meeting the Chefs really gives you a greater appreciation for what they do and the amazing food they create. I've taken this tour twice and have enjoyed it both times. The only negative I can say is the lack of drink tastings on my last tour. My first tour there was a specialty drink to choose from at every restaurant, my second one only at 2 of them. Even without the drinks it is well worth the reasonable price that is charged. I highly recommend this tour and would myself do again. |

My husband and I took my mother (she is from out of town) on this Culinary Tour for her 49th birthday. We LOVED LOVED LOVED it! The food was delicious, the chefs were entertaining, and the history of Greenville was very interesting. We visited a total of 5 restaurants and were able to sample some food from the menu, but we also had an opportunity to taste some new dishes that haven't even made the menu yet! My only disappointment was the dessert that was offered at the end of the tour. We ended the tour at Lazy Goat with a brownie and ice cream dessert. I have been to Lazy Goat on several occasions and their desserts are to die for! I wish the tour ended with a bang by offering one of their amazing and creative desserts instead of a brownie and ice cream. Overall it was a wonderful way to spend the day and very much worth the money. We are planning on doing this again in the new year. |

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, which is well worth the money. We went on a Saturday afternoon and thought we'd just get 'nibbles' at each restaurant. We were surprised to see that we really had almost full meals at some and nibbles at others. We were stuffed after the second restaurant -- and kept on eating at the next three! The tour guide, John, has excellent knowledge of Greenville's history and shared many interesting facts with us. The restauranteurs were very friendly and shared some of their experiences with us. I'm looking forward to going again in the spring. |

It was a treat to meet and hear from the chefs, to visit very different restaurant venues, and to enjoy some excellent food. The historical commentary was quite interesting (although we would have enjoyed a little more history). We'll definitely return and do this tour again. |

Great way to impress your friends & family visiting from other parts of the US. My friend from Chicago said it was the highlight of her trip. The Guide, and the Chefs were simply awesome in the way they spoke and displayed their "TALENT". |

Had a blast on the tour with John as tour guide. Learned a lot of neat information about Greenville history & roots, and the food from the chefs was outstanding. Everyone was extremely personable & approachable at every location with a vast assortment of pleasures for the palate! Highly recommended & we plan to go again! |

We had never been a culinary tour before, but they will be on our "must do" list when visiting future cities that offer them. Great way to learn about a new place AND enjoy sampling new flavors. All the chefs were generous with their time and each displayed much passion for their profession. We'd go again! |
