A pleasant walk with an inexperienced storyteller

There are definitely worse ways to spend 90 minutes than wandering the lovely streets of Annapolis on an autumn night, but the barely-out-of-her-teens guide wearing flipflops and too many piercings didn't create even a moment of spookiness. For $20 apiece, I'd have liked someone who could tell a good ghost story. I'll try the other ghost tour company next time. |

I thought the ghost tour was very fascinating. Even after being born and raised in the Annapolis area, there was a lot of "ghost" history related to the Annapolis area, that I was unfamiliar with. The tour guide also had a great personality and was very informative. I would recommend this to others, especially tourist who may be visiting the area. I may even consider doing it again in the future. |

Brought my daughter as she had been wanting to go. We are both "ghost enthusiasts" and wanted to learn a bit more about Annapolis' history; naturally, hearing about Maryland's prominent (and lesser-known) ghosts was a great draw. It's a good historical tour, with lots of good stories about the "people" of Annapolis who haven't quite left! While we brought our own flashlight it would be prudent for the guide to bring a lantern or flashlight so that darker areas (esp. around the State House, the church across from Reynolds Tavern, as well as some of the darker side streets) are better iilluminated for those following behind him/her. Given .those uneven sidewalks and streets throughout town, it can be a little precarious if participants are of unsure footing! While it was fun to have the imagination run a bit in the days leading up to Halloween, I would have enjoyed going into some of these spots. Our starting point, the Maryland Inn, wasn't open to the group. Given its riveting, ghostly past, who knows who we might have bumped into? It surely would have set the tone, and you probably would have been looking over your shoulder all evening! |

Had a good time. Learned a lot of history and a lot of good ghost stories about the area. Just wish it was a little longer. 90 minutes went by quick since a good 20 of it is just walking. |

My cousin was supposed to fly from Memphis to visit me this past weekend. She specifically requested that we go on the Annapolis Ghost Tour. She contracted the flu the day before she was supposed to leave and obviously had to cancel her trip. I had already bought the tickets for the ghost tour. I could tell from reading your website and rules that it would be a waste of breath for me to explain my situation and try to get a refund. It seems to me it wouldn't be a burden for you give a refund if you sell the tour out or give people SOME way to try to sell their tickets they can't use. Things do happen and people do get sick. Oh, well. Forty dollars wasted. The lesson here: Don't buy the tickets until the day you want to go. |

The 90 min tour spend by - would have loved to hear more stories. Guides are very knowledgeable and take the time to tell the stories and explain the local history. |

What we did visit and learn about was very interesting but I can only imagine there are a few more places in walking distance that have a history. Other than that a very good tour. |

I would recommend smaller groups, so everyone can hear the tour guide, stay in a group when crossing the street, and for better group communications. The stories were facinating - Katie is a good story teller and made our tour wonderful! |
