Annapolis Tours & Crawls

I was part of a group of 6 people who attended, some local and some not. We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and even went almost an hour past out scheduled end time telling us additional facts. The entire group of 20 on the pub tour were very interested and involved, asking questions and giving impressions of the historical and present day facts that had been shared. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone for a fun night out!

My wife and I had a great time on the ghost walk and really enjoyed ourselves. Our guide did a great job mixing history and humor into the ghost stories and we saw several cool locations I was not familiar with. The only negative things on the tour were out of the tour's control. Because we went on a Saturday night at 9 pm, downtown Annapolis was bustling with people and cars, and on some parts of the tour, those were distracting. It's hard to stay in the mood when loud kids or a honking car goes by, but our guide was a trooper and did not let it get to her in the least. Regardless of this, we still had a great time and I'd definitely recommend this tour to friends. Fifteen bucks is a small price to pay for 90 minutes of engaging entertainment, and certainly cheaper than the overpriced bars in the area!

I loved it! I went on the tour later in the evening, and it was great. We had a very small group, but our guide was very enthusiastic, and she knew her stuff. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something to do in the evening in Annapolis. I plan on doing the pub crawl next summer when I'll be 21!

It was interesting. Kate is knowledgable, but I wish we could have seen more places, or even older places. She noted a mansion where there was a ghost sighting by several people on a different tour; I wish we could have gone there instead of one of the other pubs (although it was raining, so other people may have objected).

When looking for things to do in Annapolis, the haunted walking tour and pub crawl came up multiple times. I decided to go for it and bring my girlfriend along, and we had a blast! We turned out to be the only ones on the tour that night so we got a lot of personalized attention from the tour guide and she even adjusted her route for us to suit our preferences. The whole tour ended up lasting from 9-12 even though it was supposed to end at 11, which we were also grateful for because we were just having fun talking and learning all the stories! We learned a lot about haunted Annapolis and the history behind the stories. I highly recommend for anyone who likes a bit of history and eerie stories mixed with drinking!

Great guide with entertaining (though likely embellished) stories about a few pubs and a cemetery. You are given a few minutes to grab a drink, then spend about 20 minutes learning the stories. I don't recommend getting totally blitzed during the 2 hour tour - you'll never remember the stories! - but a drink or two ups the entertainment factor.

Great time with great people. The ghost stories were entertaining. My only issue was that the "crawl" aspect only included two bars. Most other pub crawls I've been on involve at least three or four.

I feel like the group was WAY too large (over 20 people i think) so we couldn't even go to Sly Fox or any of the smaller, more historic-feeling pubs. We ended up going into private rooms of bars. With a smaller group, it would have been a nice tour - but with so many people, waiting for drinks became discouraging and by the end of the night I was ready to go to some better bars where the service wasn't so bad.

I grew up by Annapolis and wished they taught us this stuff in school.

Go on a slow night, like Sunday, when drunks won't be rampant on the streets. Kate was a very descriptive and enthusiastic guide with a good sense of humor. Our group may have gotten a photo with a face in it, but don't expect to see anything. It's mostly good for a good ghost story and not ghosts themselves.

My friends and I had a great time hearing all the different ghost stories and walking from place to place. thank you!

The Haunted Pub Crawl was wonderful! Enough time was given at each bar; we walked beautiful Annapolis by moonlight; our tour guide (Kate) was knowledgeable, entertaining, and well managed; plus the ghost stories were great!! Excellent for a date or friendly gathering! Parking was nearby and the check-in point was easy to find.

it was fun to hear the ghost tales. Also, as locals we make a habit of going to the same pubs all of the time. This gave us a reason to go somewhere new.

The tour was a lot of fun, Julia our tour guide was very knowledgeable and tells great stories. I actually wish the tour was a bit longer it was so enjoyable. Each stop was great. We were in a very large group and she made sure the group was in an area of the bar so that her stories could be heard by everyone. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
