| I attended with the Saint Nicholas Lutheran Church women's group and must say, I really enjoyed myself. I was a bit apprehensive at first but I truly loved the stories from the past! I would highly recommend this event. I would like to try the pub crawl with my husband soon!!! | ||||||

| It was very interesting and very informative. We had a great time and then visited some of the locations on the tour afterward to try to have a ghostly experience. We had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone from Annapolis or just visiting. | ||||||

A great way to learn about History

| The oral tradition of telling stories is a great medium for learning about the daily life of people from another century. The ghost stories provide food for thought as well as insight into the struggles of individual people. Our tour guide showed great interest and enthusiasm for the stories. The only "down" side of the tour was that our group was rather large and it was sometimes hard to hear everything that the guide was saying. The busy night life of Annapolis does distract at times, also. Overall, I would say that the ghost tour is a must if you are at all interested in Annapolis and its beginnings. | ||||||

| This is an excellent addition to a general tour of Annapolis. Our tour guide was a font of information and add a lot of color to the center tour of Annapolis. And a special highlight was the appearance of a black cat which sat in the middle of the intersection and stared at us for several minutes. I asked our guide if this was part of the tour. She said no but it did add a somewhat spooky flavor to the experience. | ||||||

| If you are into history and being a little scared, this event was great! Our tour leader was entertaining and extremely knowledgeable! I suggest taking the early tour and then grab a bite to eat in one of the places you learn about on the walk! | ||||||

| The woman who led our tour was great. She had extensive experience of the local history and a tremendous knack for relaying information in a fun and compelling way. We will probably do the tour again next year! | ||||||

| The only things that I thought could be improved upon are as follows: - our group was very large and that may be because it was Halloween, but I think groups should be capped. very large groups really take away from the experience. - tour guides need to learn to project their voices over the loud traffic...especially with a large group!! it was tough to hear at times. | ||||||

| We attended the haunted pub crawl 31 Oct 08. While the female guide was extremely nice (college student), she wore no costume, and simply told her stories with little enthusiasm or realism. The stories failed to capture the imagination. But the pubs were excellent! Overall we had a good time. Just not much of a "haunt" for Halloween. | ||||||

| The ghost walk through historic Annapolis was a great way to spend Halloween. The guide was captivating as she retold the tales but did not stumble into cheesiness unlike many other ghost walks. Highly recommend. | ||||||

| Our group of nine had a great time on the Annapolis Ghost Walk. Not only did we learn of some very spooky residents, but our guide was very knowledgeable about local history and told some very interesting stories about buildings and their residents. We can't wait to do the haunted pub crawl too! | ||||||

| Pleasent weather made it a nice walk on Halloween night. The event lacked "drama" as the guide simply stood and delivered a speech. It would have been better had they added tales of burying dead in basements during the winter months, etc. Practical during their time, and captivating stories for current times. I had done the tour once a few years ago, this time there were less stops. The tour would be interesting for those not from this area, but I would not do it again. | ||||||

| From the beginning, our tour guide had us hanging on every word. She drew you into the story even though we remained outside the buildings. There were more stops and stories than we expected. We covered a lot of the historic district, never knowing there were so many spooky happenings at every turn. I would not recommend the tour for very young children (8 or under) as the stories are more adult in nature. We plan to return to the sites and do some investigative work on our own. Great fun! | ||||||

| I enjoyed this ghost tour. Its a fun date if you are looking for something different to do. The guide was very informative and amicable. However, they should work out some drink discounts with the bar owners. It is a little pricey when paying for the tour and the drinks. | ||||||
