The Venetian trained gondoliers of Gondola di Venezia have been creating a unique experience aboard Boston's only authentic Venetian gondolas for over seven years. Often referred to as "Boston's Best Kept Secret," the hand-crafted boats are nestled into the lagoons at the Esplanade on the Charles River, only steps away from the heart of the city.
Gondola di Venezia supports the education and preservation of the gondola through Maestro Thom Price (Master Gondola Artisan) in Venice, Italy. The gondoliers return regularly to Venice to row in the annual Voga Longa, a 14 mile open ocean race that raises awareness about the dying art of ship building and the impact that gas powered boats have on the environment.
So come aboard, sit back and enjoy the luxurious elegance of sipping your favorite champagne or wine as your gondolier pampers you with hospitality and shares with you the history, mystery and romance of these beautiful boats!
