Il Bacio - Our standard gondola tour!

I did not review my Bacio Excusion back in May because all the reviews were so positive already. I didin't feel like I had anything to add. This summer I went to Venice, Italy and was astounded how #1 expensive the gondola ride was (no ice bucket for our wine, no cheese, chocolate, and crackers, no romantic music playing in the background!!) #2 crowded the tight alleys were (we were a little too close to the bugs crawling up the sides of the walls) #3 dirty the back "alley" canals were #4 insane the slimey gondoliers were (ours NEVER shut up and made fun me kissing my husband!) Having said this, no one can deny that Venice is unique. If you can't make it to Italy, know that you are receiving a highly romantic and top quality trip with the gondoliers in Boston. The boats are kept in PRISTINE condition, our gondolier Steve/Stephan had just the right balance of information for the tour of Boston and knew when to back off so that we could enjoy our romantic sunset moments together. This is a great way to see Boston at sunset. The park is perfect, too! Bravo, Boston!

The gondola ride was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were very accommodating. I am a local but I always saw the boats on the Charles and wanted to take the tour myself. I have recommended the tour to many people in town and will recommend it to anyone visiting Boston as well!

The Gondola ride is a delightful way to see the breathtaking views of "Boston-by-the-Charles". Our entire family enjoyed the very peaceful ride as we gazed at the sights around us. We got some beautiful pictures! Our "Captain", Marco, provided us with great comfort and a very smooth ride. The basked of treats added a nice touch to compliment our beverages. We couldn't think of a better way to spend such a pleasant Mother's Day. We will surely take another trip down the Charles via the "Gondola di Venezia" some time soon! Thank you !

I scheduled a gondola tour for me and boyfriend's 2 year and it was great! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a hard time parking but once i gave them a call they helped us out with finding a spot. The view on the Charles River is gorgeous and our gondalier brought us out the whole way even though it was windy. I highly recommmend it for anyone to try

Joseph was very accomodating. My girlfriend and I felt as though we were the only 2 out there. Very relaxing and enjoyable

My wife and I have lived in the Boston area for four months and this certainly is the best activity we've done around the city. It was very relaxing, romantic, and it provided us with some amazing views of downtown. I would recommend it to anyone interested in impressing their significant other. we plan to make this a yearly activity.

The staff here treat you as if you are V.I.P. the entire time. The ride was incredible, and provided for a perfect night. Great for a couple or even for a family ride to do something different and creative.

It was a surprise birthday present. We had a romantic blast!
