| I used this opportunity to propose to my girlfriend of four years. Before we arrived I was contacted by an employee who gave me detail ofs the entire gondola ride and best places to propose. They had arranged with the gondalier to stop at a very lovely spot. I was also pleased when I asked the accordian player to video tape the proposal and she did a fantastic job. The gondolier and accordian player offered to be very quiet for us during the trip but being tourists we had many questions to ask and they answered everyone of them. It was quite a memorable trip and I we will do it again every couple years. We went out at nine o'clock in July and I definately recommend going out at either 8:30pm or 9pm because the first 20 minutes is beautiful in the light but once you get out past the bridges the city is amazing in the dark. | ||||||

| Cannot believe that we had never heard of this tour. It was wonderful! My husband and I had been to Venice several years ago and I decided that this tour would make a wonderful surprise birthday gift for him. We went out at 9:00 p.m. and there was only one other boat on the water. Everything from the gondolier, the accordian player, the complimentary picnic basket, etc. was PERFECT! It felt just like we were in Venice! I highly recommend this tour--one of Boston's best kept secrets!!!!!!! | ||||||

| The Mezza Luna gondola tour exceeded our expectations. From the polite, amiable staff to the grand views of Cambridge and Boston on the quiet Charles, everything about the tour is top notch. The gondola itself is an impressive piece of craftsmanship worth admiring if you can take your eyes away from the scenery. The accordion serenade is a nice addition to the overall mood of the tour. This has to be one of Boston's best-kept secrets. Highly recommended. | ||||||

| I would highly recommend this tour! We were treated warmly by our gondolier and accordian player and instantly made to feel comfortable for our romanitc and relaxing journey on the Charles. The views of Boston and Cambridge from the water were great. Don't forget the Champage to accompany the picket basket of goodies they provide. Relax, enjoy and let the romance in. | ||||||

| The evening was perfect for the gondola ride. I surprised my girlfriend for her 21st birthday and she loved every second of it. All she kept saying was "this is so romantic. I love you so much!" Our Gondolier, Marco, was very pleasant and gave us a good background history of the gondolas. Our accordion player, Marlena, was an excellent player/singer. she set the mood perfectly for the whole ride. Her birthday surprise did not end there. I made reservation in the North End for a whole night of Italy. I would recommend this idea to everyone, couple, friends and parents. Nothing is more romantic then just the two of you cuddle up looking at the Boston skyline. she will love you even more for this unforgettable experience. you won't regret anything. | ||||||

| I was celebrating my wife's birthday and the weather outside was a little frightful. A representative from GondolaTours contacted me well before my departure time to let me know that they were rescheduling our tour to another date. Since we lived locally, it was fine by us, but little did I know we were going to get some of the best weather GondolaTours so far have seen this season. I was very impressed that they called to reschedule, and the gondolier and musician were great hosts. If you're looking for a romantic evening, this is a wonderful option. | ||||||

| I was driving myself crazy trying to come up with something special to do with my boyfriend on his birthday. It seems that we have done just about everything over the years and I wanted to do something much more than just dinner to a nice/fancy restaurant. I was surfing the net when I stumbled upon the gondola tours' site and Voila! It was just the romantic touch that I needed. It turned out to be a hit! I would recommend it to anyone planning an "out of the box" date or just trying to view boston from another angle. I almost wish I had booked the accordeon player but the background music more than made up for that and provided more of the coziness I was looking for. Our gondelier, Stephano, was just great! He educated us on the gondola, made sure that we were able to get a peak at the sunset and avoided direct hits from the cold wind. All the while making sure were went under as many bridges as possible. Definitely an experience worth having. Thanks! | ||||||

| The MezzaLuna was part of my wife's birthday gift. By far one of the best experiences we've ever had. Very relaxing and romantic. The gondolier and accordion player were the ultimate professionals. I'd recommend this without reservation to anyone. | ||||||
