	My family and I, (Husband and two small children 4 & 1) really enjoyed this event. My son especially liked it. My daughter enjoyed the accordian player especially. We were treated so nice. Joseph was very accommodating and made sure we were all comfortable. I would really recommend this to anyone. I will do this again next year, but maybe just my husband and I this time.

	Last Friday evening, Sept. 8th, I brought my boyfriend out on the Boston Gondolas for his Birthday. I have worked as a tour guide for seven years on the Charles River and mistakenly thought that I had seen all there was to see of the Charles. I knew of the Gondolas but had no knowledge of the landscaping that had been created on the Esplanade specifically with gondolas in mind. I truly felt like a Venetian. Our Gondolier, Giovanni, was extremely skilled and he and our accordian player, Marlena, made the evening perfect with their professionalism and talent. If I had scripted the evening I could not have done as well as what was provided. We left at twighlight which provided an opportunity to see the city skyline dimly lit by a setting sun. There was a lantern lit at the front of our vessel which added charm to an already perfect craft. My boyfriend and I, although never needing an excuse to kiss, welcomed the tradition of a kiss under each bridge. As we made our way down the Charles we were surprised by the sight and sound of fireworks on the Cambridge side and to our right barely resting on the top of the city skyline was an incredible full moon. Admittedly, my boyfriend and I chuckled at the thickness of the syrup that oozed over the evening. It was sweetly divine and I recommend it heartily.

	My husband and I have been married over 12 years and this was to celebrate my 40th birthday- What a wonderful experience- romantic and enjoyable. We will definately do it again next year- We have told all our family and friends- The music was excellent and our gondelier was so nice, intresting in explaining about our expereince and I got the best pictures of the ride and the city. THE BEST !!!

	THIS IS AMAZING, I REPEAT, THIS IS AMAZING. I took my wife there for her birthday as we honeymooned in Italy, and it concided with her birthday two years ago. We had a gondola ride in Venice, and I whole heartedly say this was BETTER., WAY BETTER. The gondola, awesome, the gondolier, awesome, the music, awesome, the ride, awesome. AND most important, they make it very verty personal. I am going to do this again. They are awesome, I cannot recommend it highley enough.

	My fiancee and I were out on a date and I had surprised him with the Mezza Luna Gondola ride. I brought a bottle on wine with me and they supplied the rest. It was a very romantic evening. As we went down the river we saw the city lit up. The service was excellent, the accordian player was a nice touch. The night was perfect. We would definetely do this again and we would recommend this to anyone!!

	After booking the tour, I was contacted by an agent who detailed a special addition to our tour for a marriage proposal. Everything went off without a hitch. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic about the engagement. Our hosts were so friendly and gracious. My fiance was blown away by the whole thing. I would recommend this tour to anyone, whether it be for a romantic date or engagement. Thanks very much for the wonderful memories!

	This was a surprise anniversary gift for my marriage partner, lover and best friend. The total experience from the moment we arrived until the end of the ride was first class. Joseph, the owner, is a charmer and wonderful storyteller which impressed Carol because she is a - amongst other skills - a professional storyteller. I had booked a full moon, late night ride. However, that night it began to rain intermittenly and was windy. Joseph wasn't comfortable doing the ride and said we can rebook. However, he said, "sit in the gondola, enjoy the wine and cheese so that not all is lost. " That 20 minutes just sitting there in the magnificent boat - "Maria" -was memorable and romantic. We rebooked for August 3st. I've picnicked, walked, biked, boated, photographed and enjoyed concerts, movies and fireworks on the Charles River for 50 years. Yet the gondola ride with Carol was my most memorable experience of all. Another 10PM ride with the accordian player and Gondalier behind us we glided like a whisper up and down the river. The gondalier smoothly navigated so that we could see Cambridge and Boston from numerous angles. Light clouds drifted overhead, the city lights like jewels glistening in the night and reflecting in the river. Soft accordian coming music from behind us - we were in our own world. Tradition is that couples kiss as they pass under a bridge. There are 7 bridges on the ride. We didn't need the bridges. Joseph's energy and love for the gondola is so evident as he explained the history of his business now in its 6th year, the history of the gondola and that he owns two of the six genuine Venetian Gondolas in the Americas. His Maria is a magnificent work of elegant craftmanship and artistry. Everyone needs a gondola tour on the Charles, especially at night with a full moon. Another of Boston's hidden worlds. 	Taking a gondola ride on the Charles River in Boston may seem corny to some but it couldn't have been more delightful. From the incredible attention to detail to the wonderful staff, this is a perfect activity for any couple at any stage in their relationship. We plan to make it an annual date!

	We are from the Boston area and loved our gondola ride on The Charles. We had seen the boats for several years and decided we'd like to take a ride. It was peaceful and interesting, and our boat person was good enough to be quiet and allow us to enjoy the experience. They were on time, polite, helpful and the ride was a delight from beginning to end.

	I strongly recommend this activity to couples of any age!!! My wife supports my recomendation. Before I took her for the gondola tour I doubted she would like it so I kept it as much a secret from her as I could. Only 10 minutes before the tour was it that she figured out my plan and I could tell from her face that she loved the idea. After the tour she told me that she would never forget that experience.

	I surprised my girlfriend with the Bellismo package. It was a great surprise and we were well taken care of. I had asked for a blanket and brought a bottle of wine to be chilled ahead of time. The wine was chilled and the blanket was there waiting for us. We were treated like a King and Queen and we LOVED the live accordian music and the Italian singing...very nice touch!
